Love this thing
Love it. Used for 10ks and organized half marathons Add ice and fill with water to keep cold. Wear on back not front. Love it

Bladder/tube give water a bad taste.
I like the pack however can't get the taste out of the bladder/tube. If the bladder didn't cause the water to have a bad taste it would get a better rating, otherwise its just average.

Great alternative to the backpack system.
I really like this hydration system. I work outside doing landscaping and sometimes can't run back to the truck to get a bottle of water. I can't always use a backpack system due to the equipment I use, however, this holds a nice amout of water and actually keeps it cold in the insulated pack for a couple of hours. Very easy to fill and use. I actually wear it across my chest and not the waist so it's easier to grab one handed. I've been using it for about a month and it's very durable, both the bladder and the pack are holding up great. Only negative is the price but no other complaints

Amazing
Absolutely love this thing. Have the USWE backpack, but hate having something strapped to my back. Now that is getting warmer out Im getting much more thirsty than I get in the winter time so I need a way to carry more water besides a squishy 8 oz thing in my pocket. This allows me to carry 34 oz of water and extra tools and my phone all on my hip without even really feeling it at all. The water tube is extra handy as well. The most comfortable out of all the waist packs I've tried. My only negative is the magnetic clip doesn't stay on very well and I almost lost it on my first ride. What I ended up doing was poking two holes in the nylon belt, drilling two holes in the clip, and then using a little zip tie to attach it permanently to the strap. Now that thing doesn't move I don't have to worry about losing it. Get this you won't regret it.

Beyond Lifetime Warranty on Hydraflask and great customer service.
Updated: I submitted a warranty claim to the manufacturer of the pack. They advised that the hydraflssk has it's own "beyond lifetime" warranty and directed me to submit a claim with them. I submitted my claim at 7pm, providing picks and product info. By 10pm they have already received and reviewed my claim and have issued a replacement bite valve to be sent to me free of charge. Hours and they are fixing it. That's a great customer service ethic and response. Updated to 4 stars because it still shouldn't have broke but hopefully the replacement part is stronger and it was a fluke. I liked this a lot at first. I've used it 4 times, during my long runs for marathon training. During the fourth run, the plastic switch on the mouth piece broke and stabbed and cut my finger. The return window is closed and now I can't use the product. I guess you get what you pay for.
