But overall, I highly recommend this for picky eaters, folks with low energy or who want to help protect themselves from cold and flu season, and anyone looking for a cheaper and more reliable way to get in those essential fruits and veggies!Pros:Jam-packed full of really great ingredients that I'm not going to get otherwise, even for people who are huge fruit and veggie peopleThe smell isn't bad! Some capsules have an awful smell that you have to get past. These have a slightly chalky, earthy smell.Capsule size is reasonable. They're not tiny, but as someone who has a hard time swallowing pills, I could easily swallow these.I LOVE that the fruit one has elderberry in it. These will be so helpful for keeping my immune system strong during cold and flu season.Sensory savior! I could see these being especially helpful for folks with sensory challenges. While there's a slight taste and smell to these, they're predictable, consistent, and quick. Compared to eating actual fruits and vegetables, these are so much easier from a sensory standpoint. If you're looking for something that tastes delicious, this isn't it. If you're looking for something that's tolerable and worth the pay-off, this is right up your alley!Serving size. 3 capsules per thing can be harder to commit to. I think it's a reasonable expectation, but for some folks it might be harder. I just see it as a trade off of one per meal you'd regularly eat!Honestly can't think of any other cons. I think these are great!
