Only thing that could be better is that it got colder inside the basket area. The cubes tend to melt down little if you leave them in it to long.

The unit is difficult to clean in the area around the metal tubes that make the ice.We used this unit successfully twice weekly, but it stopped working after 18 months.I understand this is not a heavy-duty machine that should last forever, but only one and a half years speaks a lot about its quality.I identified that the optic sensors used to detect when the tray is full of ice got damaged, and the machine got the electric signal that the ice was full, which made it stop working. That is a problem with no easy fix, and it makes me start looking for another unit, but for sure, I'll select a different brand.

Does exactly what it says I does!Produced 9 bullets of ice every 6 minutes. You must take the ice out of the basket to keep producing ice will not operate if it's full.Very happy with my purchase

It makes ice FAST, and lots of it! The only thing is I wish the water reservoir was a litte bigger.

Purchased April 19, 2024At 5:30 a.m. 06/19/2024 I cleaned my icemaker with vinegar and water. It is now 2:15 p.m. and the water reservoir continues to fill and empty as if was still in cleaning mode. When I press the power button, nothing happens. It still continues to fill and empty. I have unplugged the machine and plugged back in and it continues to run as if it was in cleaning mode.....not making ice. How isKuli Appliances going to resolve this issue please.

Bought first one and was only making 3 ice bullets. Replaced product. After a couple of weeks with the replacement, started only making 3 ice bullets. Not worth the hassle.

The media could not be loaded.  I have been using this ice maker for a good year now, and it works flawlessly. If you are considering buying this, ensure you are using nice quality water, I use reverse-osmosis water you can get in big jugs cheap at your local grocery store. Using tap water not only makes cloudy ice (which is for some reason in the official images of this product) but it will taste not so great in your drinks, leaving a bad, metallic taste. Reverse-osmosis water produces clear ice and does not affect the quality of your drinks. My second tip is to clean your ice maker, i perfer to hang it over my sink and remove the plug at the bottom while spraying hot water all over the inside and scrubbing with a soapy sponge all over. There is a self cleaning mode if you do not have the space in your sink. Cleaning regularly will ensure your ice does not taste metallic.In summary, this is an amazing ice maker, if you are worried about the shape of the ice this machine makes, i'll tell you one thing: it's no different than ice cubes. Sometimes different shapes are more unique. Use good quality water (preferbly reverse-osmosis water) and clean the ice maker regularly.

Maison fonctionne bien mais très bruillante

Pour le prix je suis très satisfaite.Elle est silencieuse. Il faut ramasser la glace à mesure qu’elle tombe dans le bac car celui-ci n’est pas réfrigéré sinon je la recommande:)

Les glaçons se forment correctement mais il semble y avoir quelque chose qui se promène dans le fond. J'ai monté le pied et le bruit s'estompe mais c'est pas super. Je pense à le retourner.
