Works very well once I found a proper charger.

I bought this jacket because I am in late stage 4 colorectal/liver cancer and the chemo is brutal. Most the reviews I read said buy a size smaller than usual. I’m glad I did NOT listen to those reviews. I wear a 2xl shirt and bought the 3xl jacket for a little more room. This thing is tighter that my 2xl shirt. If I didn’t need this jacket for the cold sensitivity from chemo I would return it and try to find one that is actually a proper fit. The seller Contacted me and was able to provide a Larger size jacket (same style) that was not Offered on Amazon. The most Outstanding customer service I have ever experienced. Highly recommend.

Jacket runs a little small so definitely size up, battery lasts as long as they say it does, it’s not good to layer underneath it though because you really can’t feel the warmth if you do, not a light weight jacket or cool weather coat, I bought for winter softball tournaments if I had to buy again I don’t think I personally go with this style bc layering under it prevents you from feeling the heat.

Good jacket. Wish it had pocket warmers, but I could have bought one that did. Gets a little cold in the Lower back. 3xl fits but jack St a little tight I ordered a 3x because I like my jackets a little bigger so I could fit maybe a hoodie underneath I don’t think there’s room for that I can fit a windbreaker but not a thicker hoodie but I like this jacket the charge lasts a good long time and it could be warmer but I think it’s perfect for a crisp fall day any way I rated it 4 stars only because I wish the 3x had been bigger. Also the battery charger I seen someone said it comes unplugged a lot I don’t seem to have this problem it has a good tight connection and stays plugged in the entire time not sure if it’s something they fixed but it works now 3 heat settings it’s a good jacket would buy this brand again!!

I bought this jacket based on a recommendation from YouTubers, En Route with Chuck and Cherie. Let me first off say, I don’t normally trust YouTubers recommendations but I am very glad I took a chance! The material is great, thick, but not too thick- it keeps you very warm. I can’t wait to take it out camping next weekend. Super comfortable!
