The package's instructions are on the box itself, and in very broken English. Left my controller plugged in for at least six hours, and it didn't charge at all. Should've known not to buy off brand video game peripherals with a cheap price tag. Avoid this dollar store garbage.

Cheaply made, the adapter used to seat in the cradle fell apart. That is to say, it is not broken, but apparently the adhesive that was used was not enough and the plastic bezel on the charging port has fallen out.

It works great! I bought this because it was difficult to charge both my controllers on my phone charger in time to play with my sister, but this made it very easy to have both controllers charged at the same time! :) Now when she comes to my room to play her controller is ready to go.

i purchased this product and as soon as i plugged it in i had doubts it was charging. The next day after i docked my controller (as PERFECTLY AS THEY wanted) it yielded no charge.. i didnt think this was possible so i used other ps4 brandname controller because i have 4 and none of them worked.. then i tried to charge other things with the usb AND THE USB didnt work!! so i used another usb charger i got with my factory ps4, still the product doesnt work. This is the worst charger in the market. Save yourself the time and money and dont buy this.

Great for kids they usually have trouble getting controller to lock on a charger deck. This is perfect. Got here fast only costed couple dollars. I would buy again. :)

Didn't work as expected. Didn't charge controllers right and seemed to be a very cheap product. Not a good buy.

Was working great but now remotes are having a hard time charging to full capacity. We only put them on after completely dying as to not short the charge ability.

This is a great opportunity to charge two PS4 controllers at the same time without any problems. The nice thing about this charger is that it is slim and doesn't take up much space at all unlike most dual chargers. Charging times are right on point with any other charging system I have used so far.Very simple to use and set up, built with quality materials and overall a great solution to your charging needs.
