I have taken D-Mannose, Cranberry and uva Ursi all separately in the past for recurrent UTIs. None really ever got to the bottom of it. But these ingredients combined are a powerhouse! After the first two doses I had so much comfort and pain subsided significantly. I beat an incredibly painful UTI all natural by doing the following: acupuncture day of first symptoms, Chinese herbs (Ba Zheng San, or Pyrossia 14 by Seven Forests are both powerful but only choose one) drank only warm fluids and warm-cooked foods such as soups, steamed pears, steamed veggies (in Chinese Medicine, UTIs are caused by dampness/heat and you should never consume raw, cold, uncooked, cold drinks, sugar, or dairy especially while fighting a UTI) DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the medicinal potency of food. Steam daikon radish and turnips every day as they drain dampness from the body. Nettle is a good choice for tea. Avoid all sweeteners even maple syrup, other than small doses of honey. I applied a castor oil pack every day for 2 hours, this is extremely healing and can penetrate right into your bladder to start healing it. You must eat lots of fiber every day to stay regular as constipation contributes to UTIs. With all this being said, I have been fighting an antibiotic resistant UTI for three years. This was a bad one with lots of pain and chills. I knew antibiotics could not help me and I don’t want them in my body anyhow. They only knock down the infection and never completely wipe it out. It’s a losing game. I finally found help and relief once I switched to Chinese Medicine. On antibiotics for 4 months straight - no joke. They kept trying different options and tests. Took this with the antibiotics (twice back to back) and now am clean of any uti. Cannot believe it!!!!
