A good purchase
I bought this product 10 months ago love it, use it daily. And clean it regularly. But where do i order new filters for it?

Self clean/ water smells after a month of use.
I was bought it as a gift. It worked fine to begin with then water started to smell - despite me using the exact water source in the pitcher. Why does the water smell now? Lack of clarity on how to clean or maintain the Pitcher . I fill the pitcher with clean water to self clean. It literally produces a few bubbles for 1 minute and switches off. Does not beep 6 times as it’s mentioned in the pamphlet manual. How do I clean this pitcher please? Where can I also download a detailed instruction manual on the self clean process & maintenance. Thank you
