Lactase Enzyme, Digestive Aid For Lactose and Dairy Intolerance, 60 Capsules

Being lactose intolerant this is the only Lactase Enzyme supplement that does not cause secondary issues. I was taking another brand's lactase only to find I was still having gas, bloating, and other GI issues. Upon research I learned that the other lactase supplement had sugar alcohols present in the list of ingredients and learned it can cause gas, bloating, and loose stools. (Kind of counterproductive, in my opinion.) Natural Factors Lactase Enzymes does not contain sugar alcohols and has been the only one that has fully relieved my lactose intolerance issues. I also love that it does not contain dicalcium phosphate that can inhibit solubilty of the lactase. So if you are still having issues with your lactase product... this one I highly recommend. So does my gut!

I love Diary but my stomach hates it... The Lactase Enzyme pills allows me to continue enjoying diary! This is an excellent product! No more long stays in the restroom after eating great tasting food!

This is a great product. I am 71 an have developed a lactose intolerance in the last year. I was a little baffled at first as I thought this was unusual. Through trial an error finally tried this an surprise it worked. I am on my second bottle an doing very well. I recommend this product

As another reviewer said, this works better than Lactaid and its generic store-brand counterparts. I think my lactose intolerance is a bit more severe than most others with LI, but for whatever reason Natural Factors Lactase Enzyme works much better for me--not completely curing the symptoms, but reducing them in a major way. I had a similarly good experience with a lactase product I'd bought in France called Alvityl Digest. I wonder if they're produced in a similar way. Here's my method of ingestion: Take 1 pill right before my first bite, and then take another pill in 10 minutes or so, and then another pill after 10-15 minutes, assuming it'll take me 40 minutes to finish eating something that has dairy ingredients.

This works like magic! I take 1 capsule before consuming dairy food. I feel very light after the meal, no bloating and no constipation and the food digest really fast. I would definitely be buying again and would highly recommend.

Came quite quickly despite coming from the US. Does what it says on the box!

I use Israel's Lactase enzyme just 8750 FCC but have to take 5 capsules 1750 FCC each to feel comfortable with little dairy meals as cheese in the pizza, small ice-cream. Was so happy to find so high dosage of the enzyme in 1 capsula. Tried already a few time with a small dairy meal as usual and had all the bad symptoms. Last time tried 2 capsules and still had bloating and a lot of gases.
