I thought I would love this flavor more but overall it's still great. It's a great pre-workout that doesn't give me the jitters or upset my stomach. I put it in a shaker to get it mixed an d drink it about 20-39min before my workout.

First time trying this. From what I’ve seen Chris Bumstead uses his own products so I figured “why not?” Dissolves easy. Tastes smooth and has the flavor as advertised (1 or 2 scoops). It’s a bit more expensive then what I am used too. I’m used to jittery tingling feelings in my preworkout. I confess, I was let down (AT FIRST) because it didn’t feel like I was getting the bang for my buck. Then I started my workout and kept going, and going, and GOING. Cardio, weights, and even off days. I felt like I could push my limits without questioning if my heart was going to explode. It was seamless energy. Highly recommend and worth the money.

I have been lifting weights consistently for the past 15 years, and in this time, have tried numerous different brands of pre-workout. I wanted to try this brand and line of pre-workout because I had heard great things and know the pedigree that is associated with its creator. But I was unfortunately disappointed in it. I'm about 3/4 of the way through the tub, so I can safely say I have adequately given it its fair chance to impress me. The flavor is fantastic, don't get me wrong in that. The pump it gives you during the workout and the longevity to keep pushing through more reps and sets compared to your baseline are both absolutely fantastic. But when I think of a pre-workout, I want something that primes and readys me for a lift, and unfortunately this particular supplement is not that. It takes a very long while to even feel the initial effects, and they are pretty minimal in terms of getting you ready for a workout; so not very ideal for just a quick lift, but rather a much longer session where the anti-fatigue affects will really help you out toward the end. If that "priming" you for a lift is what you are looking for, I would try another brand.

Gets the job done while talking great.

Ultimately when choosing a pre workout, my main concern is the amount of caffeine in the product. Although one scoop is not a "clinical dose", it still does a great job of providing a sufficient pump, focus, and energy boost. The taste is great, but don't expect it to taste like Swedish Fish because this does not have 50 grams of sugar like the candy. The price point compares really well to my local supplement store even with shipping. Great product overall and will purchase again.

Buen sabor

El sabor es horrible, tiene un toque de sandía que deja una nota agria en el paladar y la tomar. El diseño del empaque está increíble, solo eso es lo rescatable. De ser posible, elige otro sabor.

Es puro polvo, no sirve para nada. Es lo mismo si vas con o sin pre entreno

Yo conozco muchas marcas de pre entreno, algunos muy buenos, otros regulares! Este sin dudas está por arriba de todos! Entre 15/20 minutos empieza el efecto y parece que me activo el modo turbo para entrenar!!! Algunos dicen que el sabor no está tan bueno. Para mi personalmente está bueno!
