Relief
After dealing with cervical and lumbar issues for decades, I have found some relief with this product. I would love to say I am totally pain free however, even though that is not the case, I am expereincing MUCH less pain with the use of this product! Would definitely recommend giving it a try!

It's just OK
I was looking for more of an impact after reading all these reviews and did not see or find that. I've hurt my back numerous times and have had two surgeries. Recently i threw out my back again so have been doing a lot of PT which is helping. WHen i take this alone I cannot feel the difference. Definitely does not work for my sciatica.
