Love this substrate. My tortoise has been using it for 7 months now and no problems with impaction or anything. Tortoise doesn't seem interested in eating it at all. He finds it easy to dig through it to create a burrow. When wet it is quite messy and sticks to everything as you would expect with any soil. Really good. Highly recommend

Very expensive
Lovely soil but do feel it’s very over priced for what you get, I have started buying top soil with no added stuff as I get more for my money. This does dry out fast if u have heat lamps on it too. Packaged really well but I just can’t justify the price
