Works great no issues. Love how light it is compared to other handheld vacuums.

Even though this vacuum is listed as renewed, it looks and operates like it’s brand new. The suction is strong, the run time with the two batteries is excellent, and it handles both carpet and hard floors with ease. One thing worth noting is that it actually comes with both the large and small powered floor attachments, plus the 2-in-1 combo brush tool and the small crevice tool. The description isn’t very clear about what’s included, so I was pleasantly surprised to see the full set. Overall, a solid purchase that performs like new and comes ready for every cleaning job.

We bought this renewed LG zero cord vacuum from WOOT on Amazon saying Excellent condition. After charging over 7 hours....I used it less than 10 minutes on low and needed to recharge the batteries again! They DO not hold a charge, both charging cord or batteries.. I even purchased the 3 yr extra warranty $38.00 and now I can't use machine. We recycled box.I had asked Amazon to send us 2 new batteries that they sell and a new charging plug. They offered us 20% reimbursement for the issues.... $50.00 will not buy us the 2 batteries & products we need to make this unit in service. Could you please contact us? I am shocked they said refurbished EXCELLENT condtion while selling THIS with 2 -2021 batteries! vacuum had aSlight Animal smell and many scratches on it and 2021-old batteries.How can they do this?? I bought this to use at work cause we have an auditorium with carpet stairs with lots of chairs and I needed something that was cordless. This vacuum is the best thing, it’s lightweight and does an amazing job. It’s easy to use and goes around the chairs with ease making cleaning easy. It came with 2 batteries so I have more cleaning time. It also does great on the vinyl stairs as well. The best product for your money.

With the seemingly thousands of stick vacuum options out there, I got stuck in the endless cycle of trying different ones out only to return them because they didn’t have power or their functionality overall was not user-friendly. Normally, I don’t get items for no other reason other than I just haven’t really, but I decided to go on this just to see. I’m really glad I did. This vacuum has more power like actual suction power than 99% of the other vacuums I tried and these were new vacuums. This is a refurb. I’m really happy with this product and I love the stand and the two batteries. The one thing I don’t like is that the canister itself can be a little difficult to empty debris does not readily fall out of it if it is or slightly damp other than that, this has been a good experience.

I've only has this for a few weeks so I'm not sure about its long-term durability. I am replacing the same model that I've had for 7 years. I've had three of the same vacuums all of which, with the exception of this one, I purchased new. These vacuums have lasted much longer than I expected. I obviously like the vacuum a lot. I like the ease of use, the convenient docking-station and the vacuum works great on pet hair on hardwood floors. It needs to be cleaned often if you have pets because dog hair gets into everything, which will happen with any vacuum you buy. Not so great on carpet, but I did not expect it to be.Understand that this is a refurbished unit. The motor, while it works fine, it does not sound the same as the new ones I purchased. The unit is beat up a bit, so the cosmetics clearly show a lot of use and there is not a doubt whatsoever that the unit is refurbished. Hence the 3 stars rating.The good news is that it comes with a 12-month warranty. I am not certain how convenient the administration of that warranty will be, and I hope I don't need to find out. All in all, I would buy it again and I'm hopeful that it will last a couple years.

This vacuum is a direct factory refurb. It was pristine and even had the factory plastic masking on all the surfaces. No way to tell this from new. It performs as expected and did a great job around the house. The reason I wanted to leave a review was the excellent customer service I received from the seller. The wrong combo tool was included in the box from LG. It was for a different LG vacuum. I contacted the seller and received a response within minutes. After sending over a few pictures of the incorrect tool, they located the correct one and sent it by USP the same day. They made it right and I couldn't be happier!

I love this vacuum. It picks up everything my toddler trows its way! Such a sleek look and charges fast. Has a back up charger for when it dies. I get through 3 bedrooms and my living room and still have life left. I’ve never had to use my back up charger. Not excessively loud. Love that it’s cordless. Very easy to clean as well the parts are washable. I have this one and a Dyson and I haven’t touched my Dyson since I made this purchase.
