Actually, I have a wall shared with my neighbor and I'd like to soundproof it. Would this work for outbound and inbound sound?

Can you attach artwork to the wall behind these tiles or does that defeat the purpose?

These tiles have a peel off sticky back, so I would think you could paint the wall with your artwork, or leave space between the tiles to hang your artwork, or see it on the wall. Very sticky backing. These would probably see help to soundproof even if you left some space between them.

Do they bend? I’m looking to cover a curved wall in a closet under stairs. How stiff is the panel?

They are very stiff. You should be able to put it on a curved wall.
