My conure's nails are thick and strong. I used these cuticle nippers for the first time today and they are absolutely perfect. They're very sharp and give me full control over exactly where I want to cut, allowing me to carefully remove only the the sharp points. They didn't slip at all on the nail surface. I'm so relieved to have finally found the ideal tool for her nails.I'm sure I'll find additional uses for these nippers. They're exceptionally well made and should hold up very well over the years.

I'm not a nail technician, but I decided to do my nails at home and I started looking for cuticle nipper that works for me.This product is easy to use and it does cut my cuticles or tissue around my nails. Again, I'm not a professional nail lady, but I can tell this product works for me.Also, it's been a month I purchased this product I cannot tell about durability.

This is one of the best engineered products I've ever owned, period. The three-ply hinge mechanism is machined so finely it would probably still work after being dropped off a cliff. The spring provides the perfect amount of tension, looks nice, won't pinch your hands and is replaceable/re-tension able should it fail. The hand grip hits the sweet spot between too much and too little texture. Any more texture and it would cause discomfort to the skin on your hands; any less and it would slip out of your grasp. There are seams in the metal that are so tight that it looks like one piece of metal instead of two. The blade is very sharp and could probably split hairs in the hands of the right operator. I am a husband writing for my wife who bought this product because after inspecting it thoroughly I am both impressed and jealous that so few of my tools are built this well. I tease her all the time for spending hours researching the products she buys on Amazon, but I reluctantly admit her time was well-spent in this instance.

By far, the sharpest pair of cuticle cutters/nippers I've ever purchased. The price was reasonable also compared to the prices one sees for similar cutters I've seen at drug stores/chain pharmacies. The size is perfect and the operation very smooth, as one would expect from professional cuticle cutters. I've only used them once since I received them.I also purchased here on Amazon a nice set of surgical grade, stainless steel, very sharp toenail cutters and 2 pair of fingernail and a slightly larger size of toenail cutters. I've been buying Revlon manicure/pedicure products all my adult life, but decided that at my age, I deserved some really quality mani/pedi instruments. I also separately bought a nice zippered leather pouch to hold all these new tools. My wife has always had her own cuticle nippers and other mani/pedi tools that I borrowed so often that they a couple of them began staying in my bathroom all the time. Now I'm building up my own set. Some fine instruments so far.

I feel the product is made of good quality material but it is bigger than I wanted. I was hoping it was like another pair I have. I was looking for smaller instrument. It works well but be careful with it.

I love these cuticle nippers. They are very precise and easy to use, especially with my non-dominant hand. They also stay sharp for a really long time. Unfortunately I just dropped mine on a tile floor and bent the tip of one of the sides so just ordered another pair. I can't live without them!

This is the second pair I have ordered— one for home and one for my purse.

These are very sharp. Excellent for cutting thick toenails. Because the cutting edge is not curved, cutting on a curve is easy. I highly recommend this product.

商品自体はとても気に入っていたので、以前2つ購入し、先日3つ目を注文したところ、この写真の商品(ニッパータイプ)でなく、ハサミタイプの方が届きました。レビューを読んでみたら、同様のミスが国内でも海外でも複数回起きていたようで、昨夜は出品者へ「間違いのないよう確認して下さい」という旨のメッセージを送った上で再度注文したのですが、なんとまたハサミタイプが届き、愕然としました。これから2度目の返品手続きに入りますが、さすがにもうこちらでの購入は見合わせようかと思います。

鋏型の商品が間違って送られて来ましたので返品しました。先端を閉じて光にかざすと、刃があっておらず、切れ味の悪さが使わなくても分かります。
