Project Mc2Experiments with Adrienne's Lemon Soap

My daughter says , the pink at the end of the dolls hair is really pretty.The plastic thing on the mask keeps falling off. Lemon soap experiment rubber thing gets a lot of hair on it and she will probably not do the experiment. The outfit is gorgeous and the peace fingers are cute . Overall cute and nice doll. The hair feels a little weird but still pretty .

Pretty barbie

This doll's head is very cute. She has brown inset eyes, real eyelashes, and very long blonde and pink hair. She's holding up a cute little peace sign on one hand, which is a rare detail on a doll. Her clothes are gorgeous -- the jacket is really nice quality and very easy to put on/take off.Unfortunately, all her good points are marred by her poor construction. Her joints are so loosely put together that just moving her makes legs, hands, and arms fall off everywhere. They're supposed to detach for easy undressing, but they're not supposed to just flop off during normal play.The science project is also unnecessarily complicated. I bought  Project Mc2 Experiments with Ember's Fairy Wing Earrings  as well, and her project only required additional things like glitter, glue, scissors, a toothpick -- normal household items. Adrienne's project requires additional items like lemon extract, a knife, heat-insulating gloves... oh, and a soap-making soap base. All this "science project" actually includes is the soap mold.If you want to purchase her just for the clothing, or to modify her by putting the head on another body, she's great. If you want her for normal play, she might get very frustrating.

This doll came super quick and is lovely. I have all of the Project MC2 dolls and use them for making OOAK dolls. The limbs ARE SUPPOSED to come off at the joints and are EASILY put right back into place. This is one of my favorite Project MC2 dolls of them all. DEFINETLY get this doll ESPECIALLY while the price is this low. You can't beat $10.00!

I agree with others that the limbs fall off the doll very easily, my 8 yr old still likes it though. Be aware that this does not include everything you need, the “household items” that you need are: soap base (seriously, who has this just laying around their house?!), lemon essential oil or fragrance oil (I happen to use essential oils so had this, but I don’t think the average household would), food color, rubbing alcohol, spray bottle, and knife.. if you are lost on where to find soap base we found some locally at Michaels (and used a coupon) and of course you can find just about anything online. Overall it got my daughter interested in making the soap, and she’s happy with the doll.

My daughter loves the doll!!! Love the projects they come with, but hate how you have to purchase the items for the project.

Waa a gift and she loved it

The doll is really cute, I like the face and the "real" lashes. The quality of the body is not the best, the legs come out really easily.

The doll is pretty but the parts of the toy are keep falling out

This doll's head has snapped off with less than a week of play. The bobble that the head rotates on has snapped off inside the head so there is no way to fix it. We have had to glue it back on. Also, the soap 'experiment' is just a plastic tray with a shaped insert. You don't get anything to make the soap with. The whole thing is a bit of a rip off to be honest.

Xmas present for my daughter, hope instructions on experiment also in English?
