This works great on a griddle. It's super easy to use and gives accurate readings for various areas of the griddle.

Excellent product, has helped so much cooking on my Blackstone grill. It is accurate, and identifies all of the temps on the grill plate, and the probe let’s you know exactly when you should pull food off by how you want it done, love this thermometer, helps with my pit boss to, and thermo pro customer service is the best, I had a probe that didn’t work, called them, and they replaced it in three days, no questions asked, I’ll only buy thermo pro products from now on

Works intuitively and easy to use without complicated button combinations to remember. Instant temp readings and solid design.

Loving the versatility of this. The probe reads very fast and the extra weight compared to my old instant read makes it so I can check the feel of a pork butt or brisket easily. Just poke it in and if it glides in under its own weight, those bigger cuts are at the perfect temp. Having the infrared built in is awesome for checking my griddle surface temps. Having the ability to adjust the emissivity of the infrared is nice, but not totally necessary since I'm only looking for a ballpark temp on surfaces. The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is the magnets are a bit weak. I had it hanging on a steel shelf in my garage, walked out the next morning and found it on the ground. I use the hanging loop rather than the magnets now.

The ThermoPro TP420 is fast, accurate, and easy to use. It also beats having to keep two thermometers close at hand.

This is a high quality item. Works great and is easy to use. I use this mainly for the pizza oven to see how hot the stones are.

This is a full-featured product but easy to use and that is well-made. Great value.
