Flame Essential Oil Diffuser (Black)

I guess nothing lasts forever. the little fan just died today and i'm going to have to buy another one... from the same seller. why? well i have used this every single day, twice and almost three times a day for nearly two years. I have done the correct maintenance and cleaning, being extremely careful not to wet the fan. I did replace the USB cable because the humidity did some rusting and the power was failing. Once cleaned and replaced, it worked perfectly as new. I recommend covering the C cable connection to the diffuser with some material ( cardboard, plastic, fabric) to minimize the rusting . The fan also needs to be cleaned from time to time from the lint and dust. I used a compressed gas electronic duster. After two years of using it 24/7, maybe the fan was getting a little louder but i got used to the noise. The difusser is in my bedroom and sometimes i wake up when it shuts off and the noise stops. This time i am getting the white one because the black gets too many white water marks (when water dries) and it needs a constant cleaning. Even when i have a water conditioning filter for the entire house, i still get the water marks. Hopefully the new one will also lasts as long as the first one. I recommend this product 100% and i am buying it again

Nice to watch. I don't think it really puts much, if any, moisture in the air, BUT, it is neat to watch. When in music mode the lights and moisture change with the sound of the music. Would work very good as a mood light to go to sleep by.

**USE AN APPROPRIATE USB POWER ADAPTER! TOO LOW AMPRE POWER ADAPTER WILL CAUSE OVERHEATING AND MELTING OF THE CORD** THIS IS NOT SPECIFIC TO THIS PRODUCT! First, get a good USB power plug - not a cheap low-power one. This device works on ultrasonic motion, which requires a bit more power than a cheap USB plug will give. Going with cheap, you will get a hot cord and possible melting! I used an Anker power adapter and no heating up, no melting. Using a cheap plug caused the cord to get hot and eventually the unit shut off - most likely the cheap USB plug did. I have a few diffusers. The common thing with all of them is they kind of go all out, then turn off after a few hours due to the water level. Not this one! Instead of a strong intense stream of vaporized and diffuse water, it gives a less forceful, more even, and consistent dispersion I was extremely skeptical at the advertised "fire" effect, but danged if it wasn't accurate! This is beautiful! I filled it yesterday, put a few drops of eucalyptus and lemon, and it's run for at least 10 hours. The room was fragrant, but not so strong I'd get a headache. The only negative, is there is only one speed or setting. It's either one or off. To accommodate this, adjust the essential oils to be stronger or weaker. The light effect is truly amazing. I can't help but keep it on the default orange, but cycling through the colors is neat. Also, once the color cycle gets to a color you want, just tapping the light button sets the color. It's doesn't keep it though, when you power off. But I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a longer-lasting diffuser! They should include a power supply for this unit though. Being that is has specific power requirements, recommended power supplies should be listed, at minimum.

I really liked this diffuser, and so did my clients. Unfortunately, I’ve run into a serious issue. The very product meant to go into the tank—the essential oil—has caused the container’s edges to melt and turn into a sticky, goo-like substance. This raises concerns about what may be released into the air during use. The black plastic edge around the tank appears to have broken down after contact with the oil. I initially used an eyedropper, but later added oil directly from smaller bottles, which seems to have caused the damage. I purchased this diffuser back in October and am unsure how to proceed with a refund or replacement. I would appreciate guidance on next steps, as I no longer feel comfortable using the product.

This is a beautiful light display and diffuser all in one! I love being able to turn it on and not have to worry about when to turn it off. It’s water sensor turns it off atomically.

Works well but when you try and turn it off with the remote doesn't shut off

I love the diffuser , it is so pretty to look at but the light went out where it looks like a real fireplace just 2 weeks after the purchase. It was not a cheap diffuser so I wrote to the company to see if they will replace it. They are sending me a replacement! Great customer service from this company ! I recommend this product .

It’s really good! Lasted few years! Was not really expecting it to last this long! I use it almost 4 times a week.

Showed up fast works great. Only down side not much English and doesn’t say how to clean it. Otherwise it is great

very cheap materials , unfortunately didn’t work the next day, and I use it now as an multicolor LED lighting for the room. A true waste of money it doesn’t deserve a penny.

Good condition but i thought it came with a bottle of fragrance but i was wrong

Ive bought so many humidifiers and none work this good. It has 2 light settings, but only lights up in a warm yellow colour. It didnt work at first but then it worked fine. Has an auto shut-off feature!
