FABULOUS!! Red Velvet Cake is incredibly tasty & fresh. Perfection!!
They were much better tasting than I expected! I LOVE them. A very fresh, tasty, quality protein bars. Very sweet which I prefer. Taste like red velvet cake. Perfect blend of crunchiness & filling. Try them!!

Tasty Wafers
They are tasty, and I've tried the other flavors as well. They're not something that you want to continue eating and eating and eating. But it's nice to have a round when you get a sweet tooth.,.. this solves the problem quickly

Light and Tasty
These wafer bars are light enough that I don't feel full after I eat one. Sometimes the protein bars are so thick and heavy. I've tried the Red Velvet and Lemon flavors. I just ordered the vanilla.

Very good flavor but please substitute palm and canola oils with olive or coconut, or avocado oil.
These are really good. I would make a plea to the manufacturer to change the seed oils they are using and substitute olive oil, avocado, or coconut oil for a much superior product. They are helping me stay on keto. I limit to one per day, but the 13 grams of fat appear to come from palm oil and also the dreaded chemical soup of canola oil (I understand this is derived from: Using a solvent like hexane to extract the oil. 13 grams is equivalent to over 3 teaspoons per bar. These bad seed oils really add up.

Tasty protein bar
Very tasty! Has a good amount of protein, but doesn’t taste chalky or nasty like most protein bars. Has a very distinct red velvet cake taste. These taste like a very nice little dessert snack but the macros are good for you.

Too Sweet
I have tried three of this types of this brand, and they are all very very sweet. I will probably get this version again since it was the best of the bunch.
