i bought these because my hands have started to shake so i needed an alternative to using a knife. this is an excellent alternative. they are easy to use. they are comfortable in your hand. they are easy to clean. it's easy to take them apart if necessary, to clean them and then put them back together. they are definitely rust resistant, just don't put them away wet. i keep mine in a drawer, they dry in no time so putting them away wet is not a problem (i don't have a dishwasher so they are handwashed) there's a hook on the bottom of one handle that keeps the shears closed so there's no worry about accidentally cutting yourself when picking them up. not only are they pretty, a side benefit, they work great. they cut through the skin, flesh, and bones of a chicken or any other poultry. i have also used them on lamb and pork. i've used them on some vegetables depending on how i wanted them cut. they're a great tool, a good companion to your favorite kitchen knives.

This Poultry Scissors have a high rating for a reason. Unbelievably strong/sharp and effective I spatchcoked a turkey in less then 2 minutes. Be careful these are extremely sharp , Quality, weight and heavy duty

I ordered these scissors and few weeks ago and had my first opportunity to use them tonight. (See Video) Wow! I was impressed! It cuts through my chicken wings so easily separating the drumette, flat and tips. The tips were hard to remove before and now "snip" - its done. And just as easy separating the drumette from the flat. I would highly recommend these.

I would highly recommend these. These are extremely sharp! I spatchcocked my Thanksgiving turkey with ease and the handles did NOT get slippery. These cut right through the leg bones! Be very careful with them. These could easily chop a finger off right through the bone. Thankfully, these have a nice lock on them and I can take them apart and clean thoroughly. I have them stored locked, in the cardboard sleeve, in the bubble wrap and in the box. That's how sharp they are - not taking any chances!

You will not find a better pair of kitchen shears. They are insanely sharp. Very capable of any cutting almost anything. I purchased these for cutting a turkey breastbone for spatchcocking. Not an issue in any way with these shears. The size is perfect and so far they are bullet proof. A great value for the money. The one issue that keeps me from giving a 5 star review is the handle. The handle is metal. As you can imagine when using them, if your hands are the least bit greasy they become a little bit more difficult to hold and use. Any type of grease on your hands while holding these, they begin to feel somewhat unstable in your hand. I combat this but throughly washing the shears handle and my hands before using them. Otherwise, these are superb!

I got a pair of these in the hopes of making processing chickens easier... The only problem was that i only had one pair and we all wanted them. These things are solid, they are comfortable and they can cut right through bone.. These things come with an additional spring (surprisingly easy to replace), and they come apart to sharpen or to use as a knife. just turn the thumb screw so it's not in the way of the scissor blade and open them up, they come right apart. The spring won't be under tension at that point so it's just sitting there, putting them back together is as easy as taking them apart. Even the latch that holds the scissors closed when not in use is spring loaded and folds into the handle when using the scissors. You wouldn't even know the latch was there until you wanted to use it. I liked this product so much that i bought 2 more (no more arguments over the use of the scissors). Normally i only do reviews on items where i kidna wish that someone had said this or that before i bought it, like an off-use for a product or something. These impressed me so much for the price that they fall into that category, you need more than 1 pair, because they are too good!

Fantastic. Well made. Heavy duty sheers. Sharp. Cutting plates can be separated (watch for spring, it falls out easily) and cleaned. No rusting observed. Handle is heavy and sits well in the hand. Locking mechanism at the bottom is nice touch.

Works great! I used it to dice raw chicken. It was easy to break apart for cleaning. I'm glad it came with an extra spring because it's small and wild be very easy to misplace.

I haven’t use it but it looks sturdy. I am very it will work well.

Ne avevo precedenti ma alcune di sono rotte altre non tagliano , queste molto robuste , interessante lo sgancio per dividerle e tagliano e trinciano in maniera perfetta. Queste sono vere forbici trincia pollo e altro naturalmente.
