Seems strong. I used it for one purpose only so far, to lock the bottom of my snowboard helmet goggle strap holder to the helmet, it was getting at loose that the goggles were prone to falling off when I took off the helmet. Those goggles aren't going ANYWHERE anymore. Haven't truly tested it, but I was impressed at how strongly it stuck and how strong it was laterally. Good price, too.

I bought this based on online reviews and it is very good for some duct tape tasks. I compare it to Gorilla Tape which has been my standard for years. This is a fairly thin tape and is easily torn by hand. Because it is thin, it will stick well to uneven surfaces with grooves or protrusions. The Duck adhesive is not as strong as Gorilla, but Gorilla is very thick and less flexible. Heating Gorilla makes it work better. Bottom line, the Gorilla is better for a repair where you need to add strength to the surface, such as reinforcing a crack in a box. The Duck tape is good for a light repair or wrapping around a leaking pipe or hose, or joining two pieces of hose where there is not a perfect seal. I dont know how much pressure it will hold and there are special tapes for that purpose.

Everything you would expect and require from this type of tape. Holds up incredibly well. Even easy to tear pieces off the role as needed if you don’t have scissors.
