Nice units. They work great. Lots of options on sounds and sensor placements. Good range. Thinking of putting a sensor in my mailbox. Hummmm. Good sensitivity as to movement.

Use it to outside to let me know if anyone is walking around. East to adjust sensors angles and sensing area bu turning them to cut down on false alarms due to reflections and high winds, They work great and have a good 20 foot range or more with a wide degree range. False alarms are usually just one beep, if you try to pick one up or move within range they go off repeatedly which better confirms some or something is moving around within the senor range...You can plug the receiver into a battery operated outlet when power is off and still have an alarm...

Nice but crappy speaker voice sounds like some muffled foreign McDonald's drive-thru voice doing something freaky that got caught on their headset where they forgot to turn it off and played through the drive-thru I was like what the hell is either that or it just happened to be this single device for mine that was a little bit off and made it sound like something different than it was supposed to be maybe or something probably

I use 4 of these around the exterior of my home, including in my Arizona room and pointing directly at my front porch. To cover all entry areas.I set each one with a different tone. So I know how close they're getting and where they are,when they 're outside of my home. It's just one layer of a multi layer security system. And to be honest, I love them. I can set them at different tones, different volumes and if I don't want to listen to them, I can set them so they only flash, and I have them set up in a way that I can see em when i'm watching t v. In this arizona heat, I usually get 223 years out of the motion sensors, and the batteries tend to last for a few months at a time. I just used rechargeable batteries. No problem love emmy'

Little on the cheap side quality words. Cheesy ring tones. But it works and does what is supposed to do.

I installed them inside my Shop to detect if anyone comes threw Garage door or man door. Ringer is loud that I can hear it threw out the house. Now for the motion sensors, the range on mine are anything within 8 feet when they work. Placed 1 next to front entrance (regular door) and it activates around 6 feet away. the light comes on but sometimes the ringer doesn't activate. I have walked in and past it within 1 foot of it and nothing. Found the best way to get this 1 to work is to make tons of movement directly in front of it. Had a few times it went off after door was closed and was walking back to house. This room has my large CNC and supplies (metals and wood) the sensor is not facing anything and is in clear sight of the door. Only thing close to it is my dual dust collection system. Originally placed the second 1 exactly 17 feet away from Garage door. I do have tons of larger wood working tools but sensor was above everything and in clear sight of door. I had to actually place a 2x4 from the ceiling down to get it closer to door just to get it working. This one seems to work fine but nothing over 8 feet away. I can come in from door side and it doesn't go off anywhere near the 23 feet in description. The angle of the sensor is not very good I would say maybe a 15 degree arch. I can walk 1 foot on the outside of door and it won't go off. I have just a single garage door in shop to take in and out materials and furniture. I guess I will just have to be happy with my cameras inside my shop. wanted something to alert my if anyone opened the garage door since it's facing a alley way that has lots of traffic and cars. Wouldn't like my thousands of dollars of tools come up missing. I went down to big box store and replaced these and they work perfect. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone unless you have them super close to what you have them facing and not needing a reliable sensor.
