This "Meal Replacement Shake" is just simply any other whey protein sourced from grass fed cows. Except they sprinkle in a little crushed chia seed and top it off natural flavors aka maltodextrin to make it taste sweet (if youre unfamiliar with maltodextrin, its not beneficial for you at all and worse than sugar). Then they charge you $100 for a product that should be sold for $25 because its "non gmo all natural sugar free".Do yourself a favor and steer clear from IDlife. Read the ingredients and research before you blow your money.

I'm down 18lbs in a month by drinking two of these shakes per day and having a sensible low fat, low carb lunch. The shake is delicious; no weird aftertaste. Try it in the blender with a couple of frozen strawberries for extra fiber.
