Magnesium Glycinate Powder (250 Grams) (Unflavored)

I bought this magnesium citrate and it worked very well for me. The powder dissolves easily in water and the flavor is not strong. I use it at night and it helps me relax and improve digestion. In addition, the packaging lasts a long time because only a small amount is needed. Good quality and good price.

Too grainy doesn't dissolve but it is perfect to make pills out of

Bad taste but it works well. Bought capsules to help get it down. Tried mixing with different ingredients but it makes everything bitter.

I bought a jar and it was fine. It tasted terrible, but whatever, I can deal with that. I never felt like this was helping, but I know supplements can take time. With that in mind, I ordered another jar, when I was almost out. The second jar arrived. I immediately opened it, and was surprised to see it looked shimmery. The old jar was solid white, not shiny, and very fine in texture. This one looks very sandy. It has what looks like crystal flecks, as well as dark flecks. At first I thought the silica packet had broken, but that was not the case. At this point I’m thinking all products can differ slightly. And it was sealed, so it’s fine, right? The day after I started the 2nd jar, I immediately went down hill… migraines, confusion, nausea, you name it. I was literally too sick and confused to put these two events together. It would be several days before I missed my daily dose, and was able to say holy COW, and understand what was happening. I stopped taking it 3 days ago. I’m feeling better and better everyday. You need to know that they are NOT shipping the same product everytime. This is dangerous as I have severe food and drug allergies. I will probably never know what I actually ingested, but I suggest you find a different product, one that is consistent in production. And yes both taste HORRIBLE!

I love all the products from this brand and this magnesium is no different. It’s a very clean magnesium without all the junk and fillers. Plus, I can tailor my doses by the capsule size I use. It’s supposed to help with sleep….not for me. I take it to help me absorb vitamin D3 and K2 better.

This magnesium citrate does not dissolve well in water. It sinks to the bottom and when drinking there is a sandy, gritty taste in the mouth. I have used Nutricost magnesium citrate in the past and the powder always dissolved well but this does not. Makes me question if it's the real deal.

Excelente producto y más por su precio. Hay que tener cuidado con las cantidades ya que es laxante y puede irritarte si padeces de colitis o colon irritable. El polvo no se diluye en el agua pero no incomoda y se puede tomar sin problemas

Has a fishy taste, everything I read says this is contamination. I emailed Nutricost and because I bought it through Amazon US they take no responsibility saying this is not one of our partners. Very poor response.
