Lack of door strap support
I love the concept of this mobile equipment, however there was too much play with the 1" straps over the door. They stretched out several inches from the door, even though the straps were secured. I would be willing to try this mobile equipment again if the company added 2" straps to go around the door or some other stabilizer.

Space saver and very effective piece of Pilates equipment
I am a minimalist and did not want to give up precious square footage to have a reformer with a tower. The perfect solution was getting the IQ reformer and the Tower on the Go. I love it! It has been a lifesaver during COVID. I recommend the springs option. I then ordered an additional pair of the “purple” springs for more resistance for the lower body. I also recommend getting a roll down bar to go with this. You can get it from the Balanced Body website. Downside: only one 60 minute workout video from Balanced Body that abruptly stop adjust before the 20 minute mark EVERY time. I always have to restart and then fast forward past the 20 minute mark. Annoying. I do the video workout about once per week but then use my own knowledge of Pilates to do more targeted resistance work on days when I use my Exo chair or do mat Pilates.

A bit bouncy - only good for certain exercises (frogs, arms, etc.) - a bit limited, but serves a purpose.

This product slips and videos are very limited. Not worth the money invest the 400 and purchase the tower
