Will these hold together at 7,500-8,000 RPM?

Even the best stuff on the market would have trouble holding together at that RPM for long. I personally have never taken these to the numbers you are suggesting, but I wouldn't hesitate to run them for street/strip use. On the other hand, if you are running strictly high level sponsored racing, you might want to pony up the cash and buy name brand stuff.

Will these work with any roller cam?

They will work with retrofit roller cams, not with oem/factory cams

Do these lifters work with a stock, hydraulic lifter camshaft?

Will only work with a roller camshaft

Can stock pushrods and rockers be used with these lifters

Yes but it's good to take measurements if going other than stock on pushrod length . Also these are for 3/8 pushrods and make sure the push rods are thick enough depending on horsepower
