Purchased on Aug 5,2024 and it was wonderful . Semi quiet & made lots of ice. I had to go out of town for 8days, emptied, stopped, unplugged, cleaned. Came home & we had ice storm & w/out power 1/23- 2/2, finally added water & now it eould not freeze or draw the water up to freeze. Waiting on resolution of replace/refund or buy another.

I bought this for my wife, and she uses it almost every other day! It is truly amazing how fast this machine produces ice. The quality is excellent and it’s built to last. If you need ice quickly, this is the perfect machine!

Been using this for a couple months or so and at first it was very quiet, but now is a bit noisier. Works fine, makes ice quickly. It's very small, so only makes enough ice for about 2 16oz glasses, which is fine for me. A bit of annoyance is when the basket is full, the light goes on and it won't make any more ice until it either melts below the sensor or I push the ice down into the basket. I think the sensor is a bit too sensitive as if there is even a tiny bit of ice in the sensor, it stops making ice leaving you with a bunch of half melted slushy ice bits. I always have to keep an eye on the water level, though as I go through a lot of ice and have to refill it at least twice a day. It has an indicator light for when it needs refilling, however I've only seen it light up once. The only way I know to refill (between times i check it) it is when it makes a whiney noise. The water level is very low, and the light should come on, but it doesn't. Does the water level need to be so low that the water pump starts overheating and seizing up before it'll light up? Maybe the one i have is defective? 🤔 I'll keep using it despite all the above, I just think there is room for improvement in its functioning.

Good quality and work really fast

I love my ice maker. It’s easy to use and makes quite a bit of ice throughout the day. Enough to fill my next glass by the time I need it. Great sized ice. So glad it was gifted to me!

This replaced my Frigidaire ice maker, which I ran constantly for 3 years. There is a marked difference. The COWSAR is much lighter and comes with a handle so it's easy to transport. Even though the Frigidaire made 9 ice cubes at a time, the COWSAR's 8 cubes are produced much faster. The capacity is smaller, so the ice needs to be removed more frequently, but I use a LOT of ice, so no problem for me. There is also the option of ice cube size (small/large), plus a self-cleaning mode. The Frigidaire had none of these options and as a result the cubes never were able to fit into my travel mug without a struggle and the design made it hard to clean on a regular basis. I'm very happy with my purchase. I hope it lasts longer than the Frigidaire

Stopped working with less than 5 months of use and seller couldn’t care less. Still haven’t gotten a solution. Very disappointing.

Fonctionne très bien. Satisfaite, correspond à mes attentes. Pas trop grosse, se met très bien sur un comptoir.
