This is a good base line cheese sauce for so many things. You can add all kinds of things to make your "cheesy" dish special. Flavor is good and you can make a much or as little as you need. I've made nacho cheese sauce, Mac and cheese, and topped my broccoli with this. I've made it spicier and individualized my dishes. So far, it's been pretty good. It's hard to compare to real cheese (as I've been lactose intolerant for almost 20 years), but it seems to have a good cheesy base flavor to build on.

Makes a Mac and cheese that is really good. Super simple to prepare just mix it with water and microwave and add to some pasta or macaroni. If you’re vegan and miss Mac and cheese this hits the spot

We absolutely love this product. Both the original and the sweet versions. We use this to make cheese sauce and sliceable cheese (adding agar agar and other things as we like). We use it on anything and in any format we want or need. This is by far our favorite vegan cheese. We can make. Cheesy vegetables, Mac and cheese, pizza, cheese to slice for burgers / sandwiches / eat alone, dipping sauce, adding it to popcorn to make it cheesy and much more! By far the most versatile and delicious cheese we have found. Let's me make all kinds of things that even my picky eaters absolutely love! This product is absolutely amazing and wonderful for us. This product replaced so many other cheese products it actually saves us money, is shelf stable (prior to cooking so we can use when we need it) and makes having vegan cheese more available and affordable for us. Now all our cheese needs are absolutely met with this one product! Thank you so much for making This wonderful product! We absolutely love it and fully recommend it!

I loved this and we had it on auto order. Apparently they changed the recipe before we cancelled auto because we weren't eating enough of it, and we were sent the new formula. The original is good, but my whole family hated the new/sweet formula. I'm upset that I wasted $30+ that I have to throw out. I take fault for taking a long time to get around to opening the new bag, but according to their page they don't take returns anyway so it wouldn't have mattered even if I realized it right away.

I'm super lactose intolerant and this is the closest I've ever gotten to a fake cheese tasting like real cheese and I will be buying this from now on! You do have to use a lot of it to get a nice cheese sauce going. Still taste good on leftovers.

It's rare to find a good cheese substitute (not everyone can be o.g. Miyoko's ) That said the creaminess and texture are spot on, 100% great with that. Taste though is NOT great, it had a weird aftertaste I don't enjoy nor like. I even tried to mix in some homemade pasta sauce to help it--- I can eat it that way and finish a dish, but this product is not going to be a re-buy. I do really like the agar agar from this brand though-- a good sub for gelatin, 100% If someone can recommend other things to make with this sauce, pls post in your reviews, thanks!!
