Another useless product. The side 'whistle' knob closes with the opening downward. Hot water spews out of the side nozzle when the temp rises. The black handles on the side become as hot as the pan.

For some reason this cooker takes much longer to reach boiling (whistling) Also it spurts hot water out. I have one other with SS inside and out and it works much better and easier to clean.
