Believe me when I tell you, it works!
So…….Im always skeptical about supplements because you never know if any of them actually work. I’ve been trying to better myself by going to the gym and dieting in an effort to be in better shape as I approach my 50 s. Even with a pretty significant calorie deficit, I still hit plateaus where I just couldn’t get the scale to keep going down. I added this to my routine and it broke the plateaus let me tell you. Lol. Not gonna lie, it’s not the best tasting workout drink I’ve had. Has a pretty spicy after taste that li gets on your throat for a minute but lets be honest. Not drinking it for its refreshing flavor.

The best pre workout
The best pre workout I have ever purchased. Today is my second day taking it and let me tell you I was able to workout harder and longer. It also an appetite suppressant as I found my craving for sugar and snacking went away. I ate less yesterday and today which is amazing for someone like me. The only thing I will say if you get jittery with caffeine don’t take a full cap just take small amount because this is super powerful. I got the cherry pop and love the taste. This will be the only pre workout I buy from now on.

Always start with 1/2 a scoop and go up if you need it
love this product only gripe is its just too expensive i work in the supplement industry and there is not need for this product to be as expensvie as it is . NOW that being said . you only need a little bit to go a long way .. no crash when it wears off. great for the GYM or just energy for the day .. HOWEVER they are not only charging more but they put a huge scoop in that is almost 2 times the size as it was before .. i have used for years and it will always work.. but YOU DO NOT NEED to take a full scoop .. for people over 250lbs you only need 1/2 to 3/4 of a scoop for people 200 lbs and under just 1/2 a scoop will do .. DONT just take a recommended dose .. they are trying to get you to go through it faster and dont care about how it may make you feel uncomfortable if you use too much .

Great metabolism booster.
This product works great. Kicks in fast and you have no crash at the end like other products. Keeps you going thru everything. Highly recommend.

Don’t give me any energy to workout.
This item didn’t work for me. I think it’s pepper inside that would make you sweat, hence the feeling like you are sweating and getting energy. As for me, since I eat spicy food, not only I didn’t sweat, it didn’t even give me any energy. Definitely do not recommend. I hate to be the bad reviewer but since this product is non-refundable, I am forced to leave the review helping the next person not to waste their money.
