Good quality, serves the purpose well

overall this is cheapest one, so, remember u r not investing high amount so, product is on the basis of that good... whatever u will connect, will run for 48 hours after that it need rest for some time then u can use it again... like 48 hrs keyboard was not working, bluetooth was not working even wifi dongle too...after giving rest, again it started working properly... itz really usb 2.0 .............. review after 1.5 months

I was looking for a nice USB 3.0 hub, and based on my previous experiences with Amazon Basics, this seemed like a good buy. Most other hubs have only 1 port as USB 3 and the remaining are USB 2. However this product has ALL four ports as USB 3.0The 3 ports, adjacent to each other, along the side are absolutely fine and work perfectly. However the fourth one (on the smaller edge) is too tight. I have tried two different USB receivers and one external hard disk ... NONE of them are able to fit into this port. I gave up rather than risk damaging the devices. And all of these devices fit easily into any of the remaining three ports.So essentially - you are getting a hub with 3 ports ... not 4. If that meets your requirements then it's a great buy.The transfer speeds are much better than my previous USB 2.0 hub, and it's even charging my iPad when connected.Cord length is around 5 inches or so, which is fine for those like me who don't want messy wires on the desk.

The Product is overall very Good. The cord length is excellent. But a few improvements are possible. The bottom side should have propped up bosses so the item rests in a stable manner. It now gets dragged, with the base getting scratched.

Given the lesser ports for Macbook this will definitely help in extra ports. But the cord length should have been a little longer.

The product is good for usb peripherals. The cable is of adequate length and is strudy but the body of hub is made of flimsy plastic and any drop will break it. So be careful with handling.

I attached both mouse and keyboard connectios. It works fine sometimes but lags a lot . But my experience with Bluetooth mouse and manual keyboard are worst. If i attach charging blutooth headphones.my keyboard output becomes slow

This is the first Amazon Basics product I'm not satisfied with. It works fine with Windows laptops but when it comes to MacBook Pro, it doesn't work with type-c ports on the left side but works only with the type-c port on right, which is weird. Ports are kinda tight too which makes it hard to plug or unplug USBs into it.
