Q: These are not paleo if they have milk in them?

That is correct. If you are strictly adhering to a paleo diet, you should avoid all dairy products. The main reason for this restriction is many people are lactose intolerant. In case you haven't tried them, I find all the Hu dark chocolate bars, which do not contain milk, to be delicious.

it states grass fed but I am not sure about grass finished

No but directly from hu it is but honestly I didn't notice a difference
