How much ram does the amplifi alien router have?

They do not detail this in any of the documentation or data on their website. however, you can find clear images of the RAM and NAND in the Internal Photos document of the FCC documentation package... Next to the Qualcomm IPQ8074A SoC are two Micron 4Gbit DDR3 RAM chips with FBGA Code D9SHD = part# MT41K256M16TW-107:P On the backside of the main PCB is a single Winbond W29N02GZSIBA 2Gbit NAND chip So that should be 1GB of RAM and 256MB of NAND storage

Will this on Spectrum 1Gig Plan?

It works great on Spectrum 200MBS, don't have the 1G plan (not available out here in the sticks). 200MBS everywhere in the house. Exact same speeds as the computers that are connected via CAT 6. First router failed, returned (after some monkey motion with Ubiquiti customer service). Had to pay my own shipping back. They replaced the unit and the second one has been rock solid.

Can you attach a security home base to the mesh poit

It has some security software in it but I’m sure it would work. I have a ring and felt security light on it. The mesh point is a extension of the main router
