I'm on a Mounjaro journey so it can make you a little constipated, started taking them about a week ago, they seem to be working, the down side is they taste awful.

Easy to swallow capsules, given they are 2cm in length, but sadly not for me, I experienced bad griping pains. Passed them on to my partner who experiences occasional constipation, he took one, & was pleased with the result.
