Does what it says on the packaging.
Replaced the 36" eye-poker on my Victory Cross Country for this shorty with no degregation in signal. Can't even see it unless you're looking for it.

The reception is just as good as the one from the factory
The reception is just as good as the one from the factory. However, the fit leaves a lot to be desired. I wish it was made to look like it came from the factory but at the base of the antenna, where it bottoms out on the factory mount, there is about a 1/2" gap. It looks pretty cheap. I might try to add a rubber spacer or something to see if that would give it a better overall look but if that does not work, I am putting the factory antenna back on.

Installation was easy the hardest part being removing the old antenna
I purchased this for my 2016 Victory Cross Country Tour because I got tired of the stock antenna banging my luggage and being in the way every time I opened the top case. Installation was easy the hardest part being removing the old antenna. There was a selection of studs to attach the antenna with so just choose the one that works best with your application. As far as reception this one seems to work as well as the original. Definitely glad I purchased it.

Doesn’t have a problem with reception, did fall off during a 3 hour ride.
It looks sharp and gets good reception. The only thing is I took a long ride and it fell off at some point during the ride. I hope that’s not a normal occurrence.

Poor reception
Seems to be well made and the for was nice'12 xc saddle bag mounted, but the reception was the same as when the antenna was missing.

Excellent antenna!
I have tried several of the "shorty" antennas and been very disappointed in their performance. I decided to try this one due to the "excellent" rated reviews. I am happy that I did! It equals the performance of the factory antenna on my 2011 Ram 1500. I give it 5 stars.

Not quite working for me
Nicely made short antenna however it didn't work for me. Use it on a Victory Cross Country Tour and the reception was spotty and static filled. Going to try the 11 inch to see of that's better. I'm hoping the longer one will work.
