I own an insulation business. I’m in attics in positions I’d rather not discuss. My posture hasn’t been the best. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor to maintain my health. I came accross this brace and decided to give it a try to improve my overall posture and the way I hold myself. Well, it’s been a month now between chiro visits. This brace really pulls your shoulders back. The first week, I could feel the brace working to keep straight, so much so, my lower neck was aching due to my upper back being so straight. It’s very comfortable, and now I don’t even feel it. It’s a constant reminder to stand up straight. I drive a van with seats not so comfortable and easy to slump. I am now straight as a board with my head against the head rest so much so that my lower back is arched as well. The only advice I can pass on is that it comes with extra comfort padding that slides where you may need it. I put this padding over the section that you pull it tight. It protects this area from losing its shape and chafing.

Was everything expected. It was very uncomfortable (for me) when I first started to use it, so I kept it on for only a half hour. Now it ok as I got use to it. I also have physical therapy twice weekly and contribute this brace to be an added bonus. I am now so much more conscience of posture in all that I do. Thank You.

The product was helpful with my posture and I liked it, but it only lasted for 2 days, on day 3 one of the straps broke a the seam. Poor quality. I will stay away from the Flexguard brand from now on.

It's easy to tighten it as needed but difficult to loosen and take off. I like the product, however, because it helps me sit straighter. It also helps me move and walk more confidently instead of slightly slumped with head down.

When I put the straps on, I could instantly feel my posture being corrected. There's just one aspect of this that makes wearing this UNBEARABLE: they used Velcro for the center strap on the back, anyone that has worn Velcro against skin knows how painful this can me. No matter how I adjusted the Velcro, it would still rub against my back, after a few hours, can turn it raw... I'm skinny, and I'd imagine this problem would be worse on a heavier person. I don't see how anyone could wear this uder a shirt. Wearing this over a shirt alleviates the issue, but defeats the purpose of this being "hidden."

I purchased this bc I was looking for a brace to correct my posture and alleviate my back pain from sitting at the desk computer. I'm a women and can say that this brace seems very unisex as it's very adjustable. The brace seems very well made and is very comfortable. Well, it's comfortable as long as you do not slouch. So in a way it keeps your posture in the correct position. I am a little sore after a few days of using it, but it seems to be because I'm using my muscles a little differently and they are just getting used to it. I would suggest this to anyone looking to improve their posture. The posture guide included looks very interesting I just have not had a chance to read it yet.

I had to return this, not because of it not working well, but because my husband waited too long to get one and is too bent over to wear it. I highly suggest for those reading this review. PLEASE TRY IT, scoliosis will get much worse if you just let it go.
