Corded Leaf Blower, Powerful Lightweight Handheld Axial Electric Blower, 9 Amp (CMEBL710)

Wow. This is the best blower I have used. It is a great price. It is light. It is powerful. It is quiet. When this blower is running it seems like the power counter acts the weight and keeps you from wearing your arm out. for it's size it has great power and volume. What I like too is that it is quiet. They say 71 decibels. My last blower must have been over 90. It is not as strong as my gas blower but I didn't expect it to be. That said it is plenty strong. This is a great blower at a great price. Love it. I hope it holds up. Go Craftsman!

I purchased this about 2 weeks early, I paid $57 and now, days before Christmas it's on sale for$49. But such is life. There are a couple of issues I've encountered with this nice Value Blower. First, you'll need a cord, probably 100 feet, so you'll need a reel too. But it's better than paying for batteries that need to be replaced regularly. About the cord, there's a pig tail on the Blower that matched the price, it's light duty and looks like it would pull out or break if it was tugged on too much. So it's IMPORTANT to tie the extension cord to the handle for tugging and then plug in the pig tail (picture) The other odd thing I've noticed is that there's hardly any base, the little plastic legs are not stable, even on concreate, so it usually rolls over. Just don't put it down ion a wet surface where standing water could be present. Other than having to managing a long power cord to deliver reliable and steady power, this Blower is a joy to use compared to my Husqvarna 2-stroke blower which is powerful, but is often in need of maintenance. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS CRAFTSMAN SIMPLE BLOWER FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZE YARDS AND COURT YARDS.

Works well for porch driveway and roof. 2 speeds is nice to have.

Power enough for light wet leaves . Need a cord, but don’t need $300 in batteries! I’m tired of the battery rip off . This works fine as does the corded weed eater I own 😋

great value works with great power

Had a battery operated DeWalt which died at 2.5 years old - battery was more than buying a new battery operated one which was very expensive. Wanted to move back to corded, something far more affordable. Narrowed down to this and a B&D with identical CFM. Chose this one because it had a slightly lower decibel. Glad I did. It’s pretty loud but works really well. Very light weight compared to my DeWalt and actually works better. Only complaint is that the cord plug has a plastic collar and you can’t use all extension cords.

I like having an electric motor that does not have the high maintenance required of gasoline engines, and doesn't need me to fuss with recharging a battery or worry about battery safety. For my needs the inconvenience of a cord is much less than the inconvenience of gas or battery units. The power and weight of the unit is great for my aged needs. It is light weight which is important to me, and the blowing power is surprisingly strong for this little light weight unit. I bought it primarily to blow the leaves out of my dry creek that I created in my back yard landscaping and it works PERFECT for this job.
