Great litle portable game - low-key and puzzly
Next Station almost instantly became one of my favorite games when I first bought Next Station: London, and Tokyo is a slightly more challenging sequel. PROS: Easy to learn and play. Plays in under 30 minutes. Plays equally well at all player counts, including as a solo. Incredibly portable and can be played in a space as a small as an airplane tray table. After you've learned the basic game, you can add the Public Goals and/or the Special Stations for extra challenges and points. YMMV: Low-key and puzzly, with everyone drawing on their maps at once. No direct player interaction - the only person who can mess things up for you is YOU. There is the possibility of having to subtract points from your score if you fail to meet one of the standard goals. CONS: The yellow district lines can be hard to see, and the shapes of the districts makes counting up your score trickier than in London, where they are just squares. PS: I also hear the newly released Next Station: Paris is great!

Great
Great game, 3rd in the series. All the games are basically the same just a different map and new challenges. Can even be played solo which is nice.

My new favorite roll/flip and write
(I never give 5 star reviews unless something is literally perfect, I've only played the game three or four times so that would be impossible to determine at this point) Love, love, LOVE this game. I'm a big fan of roll/flip and writes and this is definitely my new favorite game in the genre. Crunchy enough for regular board gamers to enjoy but simple enough for more casual gamers to understand and have fun with. Plays great solo and even played with a group and five and it worked just fine (just need an extra set of colored pencils.) Lots of value in this box for the $18 price tag. I'm looking forward to playing the successor games, Next Station Paris and Next Station Tokyo in the future. If you like roll/flip and writes I highly recommend this game.

Fun game with a quick learning curve but multiple skill layers
this is one of those games you can learn quickly but spend multiple playing sessions trying to refine your strategy and technique. Our family enjoyed it!

My 13 year old son loves this game. He loves anything to do with transit and spends hours planning transit lines so this game is perfect. It's a bit complicated at but once you learn it's great.
