As someone with AuDHD this has been helpful! If I'm over simulated and feel a outburst or tantrum oncoming this necklace has been great to use to help calm down as it makes me have to slow down my breathing and focus on something else for a moment. It's also nice to fidget with when I don't have anything else available.

It is basically a metal straw to suck through. There is no resistance, so it doesn't help easing the cravings for smoking or vaping. It also leaves a disgusting taste in your mouth. Waste of money.

Great quality, but didn’t really help with anxiety or stopping smoking even though I followed the directions.

Breathe in it while slowly counting to 4, hold the breath for 4, release the breath for 4, and then hold for 4. Then repeat until you feel calmed down. This technique works well for me and I have been using a similar necklace. I bought this one for my husband and he loves it.

I have had this for one day and I am forcing myself to hit this before I hit my vape. I can already see a dramatic difference in the amount of times I’m actually hit my vape after. Excited to quit the smoke and just breathe air again!

Great idea but it's too wide. Personally I wanted something that would provide more of a resistance when breathing out, like a tiny coffee straw almost. This is the equivalent of blowing out a candle.Nothing you couldn't do on your own with just your lips.Besides that, good quality, comes with a cleaner, necklace, and polishing cloth

Pensé que era un silbato, la descripción en inglés dice que lo es, pero para que funcione como tal hay que jugar con el con el ángulo de la boquilla; no tiene una lengueta interna que produzca sonido al soplar de manera simple en el tubo. Si se quita esa función de "silbato" no nos queda más que un tubito metálico muy estético que en lo personal no creo que me vaya a servir mucho para quitar la ansiedad después de dejar de vapear. si tuviera una entrada menor de aire con la que sintiera una mayor resistencia me serviría un poco.
