The Autel MX Sensors were easy to program and relearn. I used the Autel TS501 Pro TPMS Tool to program sensors using the “copy by OBD” method and the “auto create” method. The new sensors were installed on a 2010 Toyota RAV4 and a 2010 Ford Ranger. The TPMS tool was also used to relearn the sensor positions on these cars. It’s been about six months now and the sensors have been working great. I highly rate these Autel sensors for overall material quality, fit, and reliability.

They are an excellent alternative TPMS sensors. They work very well. They require programming. Overall, I think they are a good purchase; I recommend them.

Installed in 2020 Ford Escape. Fairly straightforward DIY job. Put the car on jack stands, used the car jack between car jack rail and base to press down on sidewall to break bead loose. Needed wood on other side of tire to keep tire and wheel from tipping up. Used size 10 torx on 1/4” drive ratchet to loosen fastener that secures stem to sensor. Highly recommend a tire stem puller/install tool and a long flexible magnetic pickup tool in case you drop anything into the tire which I did. Final must have is a TPMS programming tool. Programming with Autel tool was the easiest part of the job.

Easy snap on style as others you will need to screw the valve stem into sensor. However you will need the Autel tool to program the sensor

Easy to program with the autel tpms 501. Took about 5 minutes. Easy to install, just like any tire valve. Hardest part is breaking the bead on the tire.

Purchased my 2017 Chevy Bolt used with TPMS light on. I switched the tire to a different location and the problem location changed with the placement on the car. I bought a cheap amazon relearn tool to relearn the tire position on the car. This told me it was the wheel sensor not the car sensor. I took the wheel off & down to a local tire shop to have the sensor replaced. When he broke down the tire from the rim, we could see the residue of canned sealant on the inside of the rim & tire. That was why the sensor was not working correctly. Not knowing the sensors needed to be programed to the car I purchased a sensor from a local auto parts store and had it installed. This did not work because it was not programed. I purchased a Autel Maxi TPMS TS501 TPMS Relearn Tool 2022 and a Autel TPMS Sensor MX-Sensor, 315MHz + 433MHz Dual Frequency Tire Replacement Sensor. It was easy to reprogram the sensor for my vehicle and wheel position. I could not clone the sensor because I had changed it out and discarded the original wheel sensor. I took the wheel back to the tire shop and put the new Autel sensor i had programed into the wheel and put it back on the car. Used a relearn tool car found sensor immediately. Problem solved. Cost for the sensor was less than for the unprogrammed sensor that i used to replace the original. The Autel tool and sensor were under 190.00 from Amazon. Could have saved the cost of a tire sensor that was not programed. Still think with the tire shop breaking down the wheel to replace sensors it was a better deal than going to the dealership.

Put these into the spare rims on my 2021 Silverado 1500 RST and they work great!

Work good easy to program

Easy to swap in and easy to pair. You’ll need to have a tire shop swap the sensor in as you’ll need the tire off the rim, then you’ll need a separate tool to pair the sensor to the vehicle.

In first place I've got sensor that was unreadable on Autel scanner. My return window on Amazon was closed after one month because I didn't try to install arrived sensor for more then two months and I couldn't return TPMS sensor. I decided to contact Autel Customer Service Team anyway. They responded immediately telling me not to worry about shipping back defective item and they sent me another two sensors as an apology and to keep their customer satisfied. 😊👍 Still waiting for package delivery, will update after installation.
