I must have extra sensitive lashes, though a high quality mascara usually wears fine all day, this mascara had my eyes scratching within three hours and smeared on a sweaty day :(I've updated my experience based on the speedy and attentive customer service offered by the company, it was signed off Your Beauty Secrets - Amazon Marketplace, and they offered me a full refund, without needing to return the product. I'm going to test this with some other friends and see if their reactions were the same or whether my eyelashes are just extra sensitive. I love it, I am very happy with this product. I am pretty sensitive, when it comes to product around my eyes, there is no burning or agitation using this product for me, bonus its organic. There is very little smudging and usually I see that towards the end of the day, may be due to I rubbed my eye. Cleaning off at night super easy, nothing special to get it off, warm wash cloth and its comes off. Will purchase this again.

This mascara doesn't work for me, my eyelashes won't keep curl when I appy it! I feel really bad not only because I wasted 20dlls but I was really excited about it :/ I wanted to try something organic that won't harm my eyes but honestly didn't work. I curl my eyelashes with my new eyecurler and when the first coat is applied my eyelashes become flat :/ such a dissapointment. I will never buy again, I have to say, if you rather stick to other mascaras (cheaper or that you have used before) keep doing it, you never know if your eyelashes won't like something like this. I had to give away the mascara but same thing happened to the person I gave it to. Flat lashes and it smudges really quickly.

I gave up on store brands of mascara, I have sensitive eyes and some really bother me. Although this may cost more than the store brands, it is very black which I wanted, stays put, does not flake or irritate my eyes. Can wear all day with no problems. Sometimes a better quality product is worth the price and this mascara is one of them. I apply it twice and I'm good to go.

This came dried out!

I love this mascara. So much better than the drugstore gunk. It does tend to rub off under my eyes a bit by the end of the day, but I just have to check in the mirror, and it's never super noticeable. I will probably continue buying this for a long time!

I’ve had this product for year now and I’m just now running out. I’ve kept it out of the sun so it doesn’t dry out because I noticed some people saying it drys out. I have not had that issue. Be smart when storing it, you won’t have a problem. I’m definitely purchasing again

Really nice and smooth and elongates my lashes. Not very waterproof, but I bought this due to allergy/sensitivity with other mascaras, and combined with a better liner, this has done this trick.

This is the absolute best mascara I’ve ever used! It makes it look like I’m wearing fake eye lashes. The company is fantastic to deal with also, there was a mistake with my order and they immidately corrected it and went above and beyond. I’ll most likely be a lifer now.

Not clumpy at all. That’s good. But doesn’t deposit a lot of mascara and doesn’t build well. Didn’t make mine look very full. So I guess it’s better for a more natural look.
