Good product. Friends mentioned this is great if you start to get a sore throat, sinus infection or feeling ill. A couple drops on back of throat twice a day for up to 3 knocks it out before whatever takes hold. Has helped husband too.

I suffer from hypertension, high cholesterol and heart disease. I had been struggling with high blood pressure 170's-180's/105-115 for the last few weeks after a traumatic incident in my home. I had known since my first trip to the ER(for my first TIA)years prior, where it was suggested to me to use cayenne and butchers broom to help strengthen my heart and veins. I tried the capsule's and could not keep up with them(it is hard enough to remember to take the medications that keep me alive). Dealing with this tightening in my chest, pain in my neck and arm, add the high blood pressure- I was concerned, not enough to go to the ER(though any normal person would). I decided to buy this product as I had read about cayenne extract and how some people claim it can stop a heart attack in it's tracks. I live 30 minutes from civilization, figured why not, my chances of surviving a heart attack after the paramedics arrive are probably zero. My issues got worse over the course of the week. My package was delayed and then I it came and I forgot to pick it up at the lock box the first day. I got it put it on the counter and it stayed there for a day. I woke up sweating, I did not feel well. My blood pressure was still high. I took my meds and new supplements and opted not to use the cayenne. I remember my small dog ran outside and was about to get spurred by my rooster. I ran outside grabbed him came back in-no bog thing. I went back to washing my dishes. That is when I felt a intense pain in my chest suddenly and it was gone as quick as it came but it was enough to startle me. I went to sit on the couch and I was waiting to calm down before I took my blood-pressure. I got a intense pain that felt almost crushing, the world started to go dim and I got up in a panic and told my Husband this was it. I was terrified because it felt like the pain was going to kill me and what a terrible way to go! I remembered the cayenne extract and quickly grabbed something to put warm water in and put a dropper in it(thankfully I had read the directions when I got it) and took it. The burning in my throat at first , I thought I was going to choke and trigger an asthma attack, but thankfully it went away. The feeling in my chest took about 30 seconds to go away, then it went back to almost normal in about a minute(give or take was too "in the moment" to count). I swear this product saved my life. The following days I have been recovering. My chest feels almost tender? If I bend too much my chest hurts or if I move to my side in a funky position my chest hurts. I finally sucked it up and made a Doctors appointment fully prepared to get my butt chewed out. I cannot say this product will work for everyone, or in every situation. This product worked for me. I cannot say I had a heart attack for sure or was about to have one, but I had all the signs and symptom's and was experiencing a intense pain and it felt like my heart was seizing and I had difficulty breathing. I believe I was having one and taking this product in time saved my life. I would recommend this to any of my friends and family.
