RnA ReSet ReCalcia – Liquid Calcium Supplement, High Absorption Pico-Ionic Formula, 8.1 Fl Oz (1-Pack)

Carolyn Dean has quite a selection of healthy highly asorbable supplements in her store. Love them all!!! I have ordered both directly from her site and here on Amazon. The only issue I have is that one must buy it ahead of time for shipping is slow coming from her store. But well worth the wait!!! Just keep it piled up as I do in a cool cupboard and all is good!! Everyone should be taking these mineral products. I’ve ordered all of them and take the throughput the day and I just feel better. I drink a significant amount of water and that helps.

I had been looking for a high quality calcium supplement and remembered how good their other products are...I also take ReMyte and ReMag. Very pleased to have this as part of my morning trio of liquid supplements.

The taste is bad but put in juice or a lot of water it’s ok.. it does help pain and definitely helps you sleep but I can’t drink it during the day or I’m sleepy all day.. also I can’t take any more than a teaspoon or I’m in the bathroom all day.. acts like a laxative for me..

This product has been recently reformulated to just contain calcium. Previously it contained vanadium and boron and caused the minerals to clump together as mentioned by a previous reviewer. I received mine recently and it is crystal clear! One tsp gives you 300 mgs of picometer size, absorbable calcium so I am thrilled with it as I need help with recently diagnosed osteoporosis and was worried about the absorbability of the pill form of calcium. Looking at other liquid calcium products on the market, it was impossible to find one that delivered this much calcium in one tsp! I also take ReMag liquid magnesium as a complement to this calcium formula can't and say enough about it as it stopped my arrhythmia cold. I find all Dr. Dean's products to be of high quality.

The ReCalcia seemed to have quite the laxative effect with only about half the recommended dose. If I can overcome this, I might reorder and become a regular user. The taste is awful, even if incorporated into a salt water solution, but I refuse to take an anti-diarrheal to overcome the laxative effect.
