Non buono il rivestimento, dopo poco anche le uova si appiccicano . Premetto , tenuta con molta cura ma il rivestimento non lo ritengo valido mi spiace dare 3 stelle ma sarei scorretto a darne di piu’

I purchased this pan expecting it to match the one shown in the photos and video, but it’s noticeably different. Had I known about the changes, I’m not sure I would’ve gone ahead with the purchase. The manufacturer has updated the materials in recent years, for the worse. The interior is now shiny and smooth, and the pan feels significantly lighter—though the dimensions remain the same. Functionally, it seems fine so far: nothing has burned or stuck. Still, I miss the older version. My reason for buying this was to replace the original, which lasted a solid seven years before a small area began to peel. I took great care of it, and it never scratched. The quality was outstanding—it truly was my go-to pan. At this point, I’d say the new version is okay. I’m hoping the durability hasn’t been compromised. I’ve given it three stars mainly due to the outdated marketing, which doesn’t reflect the current product. If it holds up well over time, I’ll be happy to update my rating and share a follow-up.

Bought this pan in November 2025 and was convinced by all the postive reviews. For the first two months it was great—eggs slid around effortlessly and cleaning was easy. Now, everything sticks. Fried eggs cling on like they’ve signed a long-term lease, and cleaning the pan has turned into a 30 minute full upper-body workout. Naturally, I contacted customer services, who suggested I “season” the pan. Fair enough—I gave it more seasoning than a Sunday roast. Once. Twice. Multiple times. Despite the pan being the worlds' best seasoned pan it is still absolutely useless. So, I went back to JML, pointing out their bold claim: “100% money back guarantee… full refund within 1 year if not satisfied.” Well, here I am, not 100% satisfied (arguably 0% satisfied at this point), still within the year… and (after a long and frustrating interaction with jml) suddenly that guarantee has vanished faster than the non-stick AND they refuse to return or replace this disaster of a pan. At this stage, the pan’s primary function is decorative. It serves a good reminder to not believe everything I read online. If you’re after a pan that works brilliantly for 8 weeks and then transitions into a permanent grubby art piece—this is the one. If you’re also a fan of “guarantees” that don’t actually guarantee anything, even better.
