This stretches my back.muscles really good. Most of the time my back pops when I use this and it feels great. The little pressure points are relaxing and feel great! I love this. I use it every morning. Especially when I wake uo with a super tight back.

I've been suffering from chronic back pain for a couple years, experiencing tighteness in lower back as a result of a bulged disc. Laying on this took the stress off of those nerves and the acupressure pins loosened up the surround muscles.For the price, you can't go wrong! When getting off of the deck, I recommend bending your legs and pulling yourself from the bottom of your thighs, avoid twisting.
