Cheap alternative
Have to remember this is a cheap unit. You can run the power cord and get full use. So I have an iPhone 13 which can connect to two devices at once so the unit gets gps and Spotify from my phone and my phone also connects to my car for audio. The unit itself has crap speakers but they get loud enough for gps navigation. Touch screen seems good quality and the suction cup has not fallen off in 6 months. The Bluetooth on the unit can be a pain to get synced initially but once done it works good. I recommend plugging in you phone through the units usb because it charges fast plus no need to sync bt. It’s nice to use CarPlay and Siri control through it while my cars unit can tell me all the music info. It’s plug and play and cheap, gets the job done and doesn’t take hours to install or any rewiring like a CarPlay unit would require.

Add new technology to old car
Beautiful Packaging. The portable radio is very responsive and quick to connect. Just hook the power into your outlet and then connect the audio and you are on your way. As for audio it is perfect and has 3 options for connect ability. You can pull audio through aux, bluetooth, or fm transmitter . I’d suggest aux or Bluetooth if you were going on a road trip, since radio channels are always changing. Also the portable radio does come with two mounting options, either to the windshield or double sided tape mount for the dash. Wonderful option if you don’t want to go through a hassle of upgrading your radio. Great quality.

A very good device with some minor issues
This is a nice unit for an older vehicle without Android Auto or Apple Play. I have an Android phone and setup is easy providing you remember to reboot your phone after prepping the phone for Bluetooth connection. The screen is a good size and the resolution is excellent. The sound coming from the device alone is tinny and is much better if you plug into the Aux outlet on your vehicle. Doing that also turns your car’s radio sound. I am still exploring how to use this device and customizing the screen to show the apps I normally use. Overall I am very satisfied with this unit. My one major complaint is the mounting bracket. I have a lot of curved and rough surfaces on my vehicle’s dashboard and attaching either of the mounting brackets supplied will not allow me to attach this device where it’s easy and convenient to use. If I put it on top of the dash it’s there for any potential thief to see. Ball joints on the brackets would be better than the fixed movement arms. Someone else suggested using a cd slot mount so I’m currently looking.

No good channel
My car doesn’t have Bluetooth so i thought that this would be a perfect replacement but you definitely get what you pay for… I literally tried every channel and once it actually connects it’s static real bad static and if it’s less static then the channel goes to another radio station. Literally a waste of money… Maybe be best to pay more or go get an actual radio put in

Definitely not plug & play
So I plugged this in thinking I could just begin using it but that wasn’t the case. It’s actually now sitting in my truck until I decide to try it again. Overall: disappointing.

Great device
The radio performs flawlessly, seamlessly syncing with your phone, mirroring its functions, and delivering high-quality music as it should. Everything operates superbly, including the excellent navigation system.

Amazing Device for Apple CarPlay
This product has a crystal clear display. The set up is easy and the audio via Bluetooth is excellent. Definitely worth the money

Buy something better
This device keeps dropping the bluetooth connection and the FM transmitter doesnt work. The display gets in a mode where I can get back to the home screen. Nice looking, but not worth 50 cents. Will be returning and buying something better.

Best way to get Apple CarPlay on a budget
I bought this Apple CarPlay unit for my 2003 Acura TL and it works like a charm! It is literally plug and play, just need to plug it in 12v cigarette lighter. The screen is very bright and you can see it very well even on a sunny day. The screen is responsive and the colours are natural. I don’t have an aux port in my car so I use the FM transmitter through my car speakers. It works well and the sound is very clear but sometimes you can hear a lot of static noise. The CarPlay connects automatically to my phone in about 30 seconds when the unit is powered on. Only thing that I would add to this unit is a small battery because the time and date reset every time but adjust itself when your phone is connected. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone that wants to have a head unit in their car without spending big money.

Works well - usually connects easily
There are limited ways to attach this device to your car. The part that clips on the back of the device is very flimsy and it "turns" and moves as you drive over bumps etc. The suction cup used to hold it to the dash works great and hasn't come off. Connects easily to phone sometimes a bit of a delay but only a few seconds.

Almost worth it?
Product works ok, but I just bought a backup camera to go with this device and it doesn’t work. Screen flashes black. So I tried another backup camera, same thing. So I tried yet another, but verified working backup camera, and that one also doesn’t work. I am unable to contact the seller directly because I am several days outside of the return policy. But you wouldn’t know this item was broken unless you bought the camera at the exact same time. Please contact me, something should be done about this no cameras work with this device.

Honestly I’m really impressed
The media could not be loaded. This portable CarPlay is perfect the mounting bracket and suction cup are a little odd thankfully I was able to stick my suction cup to my radio screen with a screen protector over the radio screen it self, the sound quality is fantastic even the equalizer works quite well! The touch screen is a tad laggy from time to time but good for the price I would recommend to anyone who wishes they had CarPlay in there car. But the mounting options can be improved they could add a cd bracket holder inside the package as well. Over all 9/10

Poor quality
First, I need to say that I might have received an used/defective unit, so some info here might not apply to everyone. While the package seemed to be sealed and all seemed to look brand new, I noticed that it was previously paired with another phone, which seems quite suspicious.I had also a hard time to install it. The arm for the mount would stay loose even if I tightened all the screws as much as I could without damaging it.The mount itself won't lock on the arm, so any other bumps on the road (and I'm not off-roading) and it falls off.The arm itself is quite limited in adjustment, adding some difficulties in installing everything nicely. The device became also quite hot only after a few minutes of use. Not to the point to burn myself, but still quite uncomfortable and I'm sure it could be problematic on long trips or after some uses. The screen is also quite glossy, so on nice sunny day, it's just a second mirror, you can't see anything else than reflections on the screen. In my case, the screen had some responsiveness issues. I had to press a little bit hard on it so the "touch" registered and it was hard enough to mess with the arm position and/or making the device falls off the arm. Sometime it would also be off of a few centimeters, which was quite frustrating in the initial setup.I did like that an audio cable was included, except it was too short for my head unit (the jack is in the center console, not on the head unit itself).I also didn't have any connection issue with my phone, nor using the FM transmission option since I didn't have an audio cable long enough. While it could be quite obvious, it's also sad for me to loose the steering wheel commands as I'm using Spotify quite a lot while driving and I sometimes want to skip a song, which simply changes the FM frequency on my head unit.It has potentials, especially if you don't want to change the whole head unit, but you might have to replace the mount or use some ways (ie tie wraps or tapes, some kind of filters for the screen, etc) to make it work properly.
