Reflective vinyl
I wanted to make house numbers for our new mailbox before I installed it and I wanted to make them with reflective vinyl to make them easier to see at night. This roll seemed reasonable for the price. It does indeed reflect as advertised. I will attach a pic taken with the flash on. I did find it tricky to cut on my Cricut. Since it is thick, I tried first setting it to Vinyl+. That cut but not quite deep enough to cut the vinyl and adhesive and it was tough to weed. I tried a custom setting as recommended by another reviewer here with a little higher pressure and a double cut. That failed because on the second pass it would fold over the small ends of the letters. Next I tried the default Holographic Vinyl with a single cut and that worked better. Pressure was about 195 on that setting. If I have to cut this again I might bump that to about 210 or so. It loves to stick to itself so as I was weeding I kept a pair of scissors handy to snip off the excess as I peeled it up. It’s very stretchy and easy to ruin. I managed to mangle one just applying the transfer tape, my transfer tape had a bubble in it and it pulled up a number when I tried to smooth it out. That was my mistake though, not a fault of the material.

Good product
Worked great in our cricut machine and looks good on our products. Reflects with minimal lite.

Highly reflective, easy to weed and sticks well
I use this reflective vinyl for my decal business & it always performs & cuts well. I’ve purchased black, white, red, yellow, green & blue and they’re all the same quality. I cut these on the holographic vinyl (more pressure) setting on my cricut. The reflective glow on this is awesome & it’s pretty easy to weed. It also installs easily & sticks well to surfaces.

Good but hard to work with
READ THIS IF YOU'RE USING A CRICUT TO CUT THIS! This vinyl is so hard to work with. I thankfully read the reviews and was able to complete my project successfully. Here's what I did: 1) I used the holographic deco art vinyl setting and used extra pressure. It cut it out beautifully. 2) I used the reverse weed method. This was my first time using this method to weed. It was a little weird at first but it actually worked really well! Look up videos on YouTube on how to reverse weed. This vinyl loves to stick to itself. It also loves to tear easily. I took my time and just made sure everything was sticking down. I cut the excess vinyl a bit at a time so it didn't get too cumbersome and get in my way. It was kind of annoying but it worked. I even put our street name on our mailbox. I removed it from the pic because, reasons. But the letters are tiny and everything came out great! Hopefully this helps you. 😊

TIPS FOR USE
Reflective vinyl is VERY hard to use. BUT there are a few things you can do to make it doable. The material is a thin stretchy membrane that wants to re-adhere to itself even when cut, has a thin glue membrane that doesn't always cut through, is stretchy, doesn't like sticking to its backing. 1. double cut. Make a customer material that does every cut twice. Add a box around your design so you can pick the entire thing up including the box. 2. REVERSE WEED - Cut, transfer ENTIRE thing to transfer tape, put the transfer tape sticky side up on the sticky matt to weed. The transfer tape will hold things together WAY better than the carrier it comes on. Use one tool to hold down small sections when ripping away the parts you are weeding. 3. Be comfortable ripping the parts you are weeding. The material is not very strong, it is easier to do in parts by ripping the vinyl, be ok with it ripping and going back to pull up those parts.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED
I used it for vehicle on my Jeep to have a little reflection at night. I was scared that during the day it would look glittery. Not at all. It was easy to use, has a nice reflection at night, great price, and the perfect red.

Not Worth It
Sorry, I've done a lot of cutting with reflective 3M vinyl, and this stuff is not good. It acts like foil, not vinyl and my cutter is not good at cutting it, especially anything small. It might be fine for larger project, though. It's also difficult to weed because it crumples like foil and easily sticks to itself, making anything like Ps, Bs or Rs a nightmare to weed if they're small. It does, however, reflect well and is true to color. It just seems to be a bit of a pain to work with compared to what I'm used to.

Easy to use if you know what you are doing...
5 stars for now. Used Maker 3 to cut. Saw several reviews that 190 pressure wasn't quite enough. I used 200 and it was a little too much pressure, but workable. I put it on the back of HD saddle bags. Looks great. Will see how long it lasts and may review again then. I recommend getting it lined up and use excess transfer tape to keep in place. Peel backing off just an edge (like 1 mm) and stick it down. Make sure it is lined up, if not, you can easily lift it to move it. Then burnish and the backing will come off as you burnish. This prevents bubbles. This material is very stretchy.

It worked great for what I was using it for.

This was perfect for what I needed. After wrapping by bike with vinyl I used this material and a cricut maker to create the replacement graphics for my bike. Easy project with great results.

Looks good, bur haven't quite figured out the proper settings on my Cricut to cut for ease of weeding. Sticks nice to what I've gone done though.
