I've tried a few days, but it seems that my situation can't be relief using this great product.

I've been trying this for about 2 weeks now and if I combine it with other OTC sleep aids I get some sleep, but on its own, 3 capsules a night, it's inconsistent and poor results. Some nights I'll fall asleep quickly but then wake up a couple of hours later and stay awake for over an hour. This pattern continues until I get up. Other nights I lay awake for over an hour, then fall asleep, then wake up after a couple of hours, stay awake for an hour, etc. For me, this is like not taking anything to try and sleep and this was one of the more expensive trials. I will never use again and I can not recommend.

Fantastic product. Highly recommend for use on nights when you really need to get to sleep and can't risk tossing and turning. It seems to be designed to quell a racing mind. Lower doses work as well, and it's not addictive. No melatonin either. They're expensive, but worth every penny. I'd call it "sleep insurance"

Most of the sleep pills we've tried are only 1 tablet/capsule. A few are 2. This is 3. It's also $64.95/1 month! Our budget isn't that big, our sleep problems aren't that bad, and this isn't that effective to justify the price. This didn't seem to work at all for my husband. He experiences the best results if there's melatonin. I'm the opposite, but the effects are so minimal, it might just be a placebo effect. There are plenty of other options out there with these and similar ingredients. Start with those.
