Product- High quality dog collar. Inside is lined with neoprene for comfort. The tag is laser engraved, not etched for those complaining that it's "printed". The engraving is very bright against the black and shows up really nicely. Love the face that the name plate can be removed and updated or replaced if needed.Customer service - beyond excellent! I did not proofread my order and typedy phone number one number off. When I received the item, I messaged Amazon customer service to find out if I could get a replacement tag only and they sent the message on to the seller. The seller contacted me within an hour and instructed me that they did not sell tags only, just the full set but that they would be happy to send me a replacement at no charge. Absolutely above and beyond when it was my own error. Will order all my dogs leashes and collars from them from now on.

I recently purchased a personalized dog collar, and I am thoroughly impressed. The color is vibrant and stands out beautifully. We use a harness rather than a collar on our daily walks and will continue to do so. I prefer a harness for more control on walks with less (or no) force put on the pup's neck, but a harness is too obtrusive around the house and more prone to getting caught on something while unattended in the yard. Our pup wears her harness with ID tag and chip notification on walks, but until recently she went "naked" around the house and in our fenced-in back yard that she can access through a doggy door.Then we discovered a flaw in that approach. She recently escaped from the yard somehow (we still don't know how) and could not be located before nightfall. We spent a very worrisome night not knowing what had happened to her before she was returned by a neighbor the next morning. They had found her standing in their driveway the evening before, did not know who she belonged to, and took her in for the night with the intention of trying to find her owner the next morning. So, while we were out driving up and down the street and around the block over and over for hours looking for her that evening, she was having a nice visit only about 50 feet away at a neighbors house. As was typical for being at home, she was wearing no collar, ID tags, or anything that told people she is chipped. A chip does no good unless someone knows to take her someplace with a chip reader, so not wearing a chip notification might have become an issue. That scare made us decide she needs a comfortable, lightweight collar and ID tag/chip notification to wear whenever she has access to the back yard.In shopping online, we chose this collar because it comes with a flush-fitting tag to lessen the chance of her getting caught on something while unattended in the yard. The tag on this collar also allows for more info than most of the others we considered online. We had it printed with her name, full address, home phone number, and her vet's web address and phone number, leaving just enough space for the word CHIP.We also ordered a Galaxy SmartTag with a flush holder made for dog collars, which I found myself wishing she was wearing that night while I was out looking for her. It also occurred to me that night that something reflective could be helpful in spotting an escaped dog, and this collar has reflective stitching.The collar arrived on time, if not a little early. The ID tag is correctly and very legibly printed, and I like the flush mounting. The collar itself seems very well made.Which brings us to the only downside - it's so well made and sturdy that it may be too bulky and heavy for our 12 pound dog. The collar is adjustable and the small size we ordered fits her 12 inch neck just fine diameter-wise, but the width of the collar, the thickness of the material including the soft liner, and especially the excess length doubled over make it much heavier and bulkier than a typical small dog collar. For a large dog walking collar that would likely not be a problem, in fact, you might want some extra bulk to it, but for a small dog it may be overkill. It would be much less bulky and obtrusive if the excess length could be trimmed off instead of doubled over, but it's sewn on each end and cannot be trimmed without cutting off the buckle.Unfortunately, the weight and bulk issue is probably going to make it unusable for our dog, which is a shame because I really like the reflective stitching and the flush mounted, informative ID tag.

I love the collar but the engraved nameplate popped off about two weeks ago. The dog does not run through brush and stuff, but we don't know exactly where we were when it fell off of the collar. For this reason alone I had to rate it as I do. Love the collar but if the nameplate can't stay on ...The color is great. Looked as advertised when it arrived. Rerally liked it. But if the nameplate can't stay on...Follow-up. The Seller quickly refunded the cost of the collar and then, a few weeks later, a new collar arrived. A very pleasant surprise! I hadn't been around when the first collar arrived so I didn't know how the nametag was secured. Looking at the new one, I realize that the nameplate isn't "sewn" into the collar as I had assumed.Bottom line - it is a great collar. The Seller is even better.Thank you!

I ordered 3 collars with name tags for my pups and they arrived very fast. There was a confusion on the name tag that was my fault and I reached out to the seller. They were very fast in responding and created new name tags for me without me asking even though it was my fault for the confusion! They are great collars and the name tags are sturdy in the collar. I highly recommend buying from this company and the collars!

The color is not the soft, light pink as depicted, but much stronger and brighter. Yet it doesn’t seem to be an accidental error of sending hot pink color, either, but something very bright between the two shades of pink shown. On the plus side, not just the lining but the collar webbing is also pliable and soft, something that I was concerned about. The clasp works fine with my arthritic hands, a bit difficult but doable and feels secure. The name tag was already in place, very much appreciated, and easily readable, looks great.

This collar is great. Really comfy foam for comfort. The name plate is wonderful. The quality of this collar is a perfect 10. My frenchie doesn't seem to mind it on his neck. I love ❤️ this collar. Very pleased with the way it was made and is pet conscious 😀

The I.D tag fell off of my digs collar, and she jumped put my back window at a gas station, with no tags to identify my dog with!! I found the I.D. tag on the floor of the back seat. Thanks a lot, so much for my dogs safety!!
