Confect Red Gum Paste for Cake Decorating | Christmas Gum Paste For Cake Decorating | For Create Elegant Roses, Ruffles & Leafs Flowers | Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free - 8.8 Oz

This was my first time using gum paste, and I found it surprisingly easy to work with. The black color was rich and even, and the paste was soft and pliable right out of the package. It was easy to knead, roll, and shape for my cake decorations. I was very happy with how easy it was to use, especially as a beginner. I’m not a fan of gum paste taste however.

Terrible gumpaste. Most of it was hard as a rock and the outside was covered in a black sticky substance that make it impossible to work with. I threw it out and ran to Walmart to get some Wilson gumpaste.

Made some homemade cinnamon Altoids. This gum bas was a little softer/crumblier but the results were what I was looking for

I usually use a popular brand, but found I had difficult in drying my gum paste roses in humid weather. I did some research and found out that this Confect Gum Paste is perfect for quick drying, even in humidity. It is absolutely true and I was able to quickly make all the gum paste roses I needed. I will never buy any other brand.

Highly pliable easy to work with and even held its color (black) nicely. This brand will be the go to moving forward.

Not worth it, it's not even gum paste. It was sticky, watery, absolutely disgusting. I deserve a refund but of course not returnable.

Good product. Overpriced

This was perfect and exactly what I needed. I was crunched for time so these flowers helped tremendously - Chef Vonn

A must buy. Perfect gumpaste for flowers. Easy to use and beautiful realistic sugar flowers love it

Easy to work with

It had black spots. Initially I thought it's spoilt. But after opening i realised, it's not. It looked like someone packed white gumpaste, after packing black one, without being careful. It had bits of black gumpaste stuck on it. I removed those parts and used it, as I am using it just for practice. Texture is okay. Feels a little sticky. After kneading with a little corn flour it was fine. Felt no difference between this, and homemade gumpaste I make myself. Ingredients list is confusing... I got gumpaste, sugar paste (fondant) and modelling paste. All have the same ingredients list, in the same order. That can't be right.
