I like the power of this unit without the generator screamingOn a large load. It's truly a good buy without breaking the Bank. It's a bit heavier than the 145cc that comes in the genmax and the pulsar maxspeedinrod. It has a brushless commercial 163cc engine which makes it quiet.. truly a one of a kind 👍Update,This is the best underrated inverter generator on Amazon, I've tested it with multiple tools and equipment and it shines like a star. To all my off-grid family, please get this unit before it's too late... it'sextremely quiet compared to the other big brands. It powers up beyond my expectations, It's so simple but yet amazing. i had to update this unite.

The machine works well. It powers like it's supposed to, with an acceptable load and expected fuel consumption. It's lightweight enough to carry around easily, and fits in the back seat of my truck to keep it locked and safe. Fires up with a pull, autoidle functoin works well, and seems to power up quick enough the compressor in the AC doesn't notice a bog.The customer service, however is out of this world. I had an issue (self-created) with the front panel buttons, and reached out to get replacements. It took a little while to get conversation started, but once going they took care of everything I needed without second thought or question. Based on their customer service alone I will certainly be using them again if I have another need, and will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again to the Genkins team!

Shipped as advertised, quiet, runs everything in my RV, very good value for the money

This generator was compared to an open older generator and the sound was no different. It is not ultra quiet and 2 adults struggled to pick it up and carry it when fully gassed. These are the 2 reasons this item was bought, to be quiet and easily transported. This has been falsely advertised and not worth the price. Extremely disappointed in this product.UPDATE: We used this generator for 1 week camping last year. We took it out of the garage where we stored it over the winter to start it up for an upcoming camping trip. It is now leaking oil.

This unit came well packaged with a spark plug removal tool, Phillips magnetic screwdriver, and 30 amp RV adapter plug. I checked all the internals and it seemed well designed and serviceable. It requires . 455 mL of 10W 30 SAE oil and unleaded gasoline at least 87 octane.... I prefer synthetic lubricant and made sure to add a good quality ethanol treatment,plus upgraded to an iridium spark plug. The controls are basic and simple/with an easy to follow start-up guide. I only tested it's load capacity using a window ac unit and a small appliance: no stumbles. If there's any cons - This unit IS NOT lightweight;without using a scale -feels like above 90lbs full of fuel. Also the noise level(within 20 ft.) seemed louder than the advertised 68db,but it does have an echo mode, which made a noticeable difference. Reliability: Only time will tell & hopefully I never have to use customer service.... a lot of questions???? But for the price and for light/moderate use;after only 24 hours of testing.... I feel good about my purchase, so far. At a third of the price of the Honda equivalent and half the price of the Generac comparison.... I never expected a 5 star product year after year after year. But I'm religious when it comes to preventative maintenance(the best policy on anything mechanical)! As a small, side note - this unit WILL require an external grounding rod when left outside for safety and especially at max load!

It is a great generator works amazing, I only have 20 hours on it but so far great. Works everything in the camper all at once and doesn’t even hardly come off idle much.

Before putting any fluids in, it was heavy as f... do not fill up all the way with gas I think it has an overfull vent. I put in exactly 2 gallons and a nice little stream came out the bottom. I it turned sideways and let a little gas out and it stopped the next time put 1and 3/4 in no leak. Full of fluids it's definitely a 2 person lifting thing. It's louder than expected but it's a gas generator to be expected. It's not real efficient a gallon and hour. It ran a furnace a freezer and some lights no problems power wise. Think it would run our well by itself but i would have to change a couple things around on my well. So after figuring the quirts not great but not bad.

This generator started out of the box on the second pull. Lightweight at 58 lbs compared to others with the same power generation. Easily taken out of the back of the truck when needed.
